• 7,000 Full time equivalent jobs in the construction industry

• 10,000 workers on the Olympic Park site at peak times (now)

• 12,000 jobs as a result of legacy development of the Olympic park site alone

• 2-3 million cubic meters of soil to move

• 170,000 seats to fix in 9 venues

• Recruitment and training of 70,000 volunteers
