The Challenges faced in the SBTP experience
Communication - translators (Germany and Lithuania) Student depended on the leaders (SBTP) Stick to the plan - not focused on the needs (SBTP Germany) Communication was scarce with Viciunai before arriving in
Lithuania Jenny got ill Viciunai did not know what brief to give me. They were slow in providing the Brief Hassan got very sick.
Learnings in the SBTP experience
How to design a market research from start to end. What kind of challenges and opportunities a company will face when they try to get in to
a new Country market. (Vici) Where our research fits in the cycle of production. One needs to adjust according to the culture of a company. The culture which exists in a big production company in Lithuania and Germany. One must adjust to working in a new culture Hierarchy - titels - politeness (Germany) In Sweden you would have more IT professionals working with the same tasks. The people we lived with treated us like family. The Lithuanian people were very helpful to us and took very good care of us whenever we
needed anything or if we were sick. Especially the coaches. It was a small city so everyone was curious to know who we were. When we first arrived in Reitavas we thought it would be boring but later we did not want
to leave.
