SUBJECT: Electronic Test Tools to Properly Troubleshoot Doosan Machines

The below packages are electronic troubleshooting, test and calibration tools needed to

properly service several Doosan Infracore Heavy Equipment Products. The following toolsare essential to properly service our products.

A) EXCAVATORS:1) SMS Package------part number 543-00087

This packages plugs into the EPOS controller on Teir II V models2) DMS Package -----part number K9001696

This packages plugs into the EPOS controller on the DX models3) DMS cable----------part number K1007965

This cable is used with the DMS package

B) WHEEL LOADERS

1) Testman kit---------part number 5870-220-010This is used on the Teir II machines with the Z-F transmission tocheck transmission sensors, outputs, inputs.

2) AEB Starter---------part number 0501-211-778 (ser. bull. SB05-03)This test equipment is used on the Tier II machines

C) ELECTRONIC INJECTION ENGINES1) E-Doctor-----------part number K9001683

This program reads performances/evaluation of the engines used inthe DX and DL machines. Must call Doosan Service Department toget code number, ID, and password.
