Save the date! Annual Meeting May 17, 2018 Malmömässan + Quality Hotel View, Hyllie, Malmö Annual Meeting/Conference Malmömässan conference and exhibition centre is a modern facility built in 2012 and equipped to host all types of events: trade fairs and exhibitions, large and small meetings, national and international conventions, and company events – only your imagination limits the possibilities. The facility is strategically located in the Hyllie area between the Öresund Bridge and central Malmö. Communications to and from Malmömässan conference and exhibition centre are excellent. The most comfortable way to travel is to use the modern train service that stops a stone’s throw from the facility, at Hyllie Station. The station serves trains arriving from both Copenhagen and throughout Sweden. From Hyllie Station, you can reach Copenhagen Airport in only 12 minutes, Malmö Central Station in 7 minutes and Copenhagen Central Station in just 24 minutes. The facility covers 22,000 m2 and, in addition to the 10,000 m2 main exhibition hall, includes a conference centre with 17 meeting rooms catering for anything from 20 to 1,500 people. Thanks to its flexibility, an excellent restaurant, and its generous spaces, Malmömässan can arrange large events with meetings, dining, and drinks, as well as exhibitions, for up to 5,000 people. Dinner and accommodation Quality Hotel View is a complete conference hotel in the heart of the new Hyllie district of Malmö, a neighbour of Malmö Arena, Malmömässan and the Emporia Shopping Centre. With 302 hotel rooms and 21 meeting rooms, and with a total capacity of 1,020 people, the hotel arranges everything from conferences to trade fairs, banquets, and congresses.
