(a)market orientation resulting in competitive
positioning, and (b) targeting small to medium

Co-operate with International Traders to fulfill

products. Create Joint Ventures with Investors of Oil & Gas
to participate in the Int. petroleum provisions. Establish global network of agents and forwarders
to ensure that shipments arrive at destination as
