What to look for in a quality early childhood program:

Parent-Child ClassesParents and children (birth to kindergarten entrance) attend together and enjoy playtime, games, learning experiences, songs, parent discussion, and more. Fees are based on the sliding scale on page 43.

ECFE Refund PolicyA $5.00 non refundable registration fee is included in the ECFE tuition amount and will be deducted from all refunds.

Withdrawals after class begins, but before winter break, will result in a prorated refund, based on the date of parent notification to the office.

School Readiness Preschool is designed for 3, 4 & 5 year olds enrolled in ECFE.This preschool program offers learning experiences for 3, 4 and 5 year olds the two years before kindergarten. Parents attend one day or evening weekly session of ECFE with their child and the child attends two or three half days of School Readiness Preschool alone.

Social and learning skills are stressed through play, art, music, games and other activities. This program integrates with ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education). Four/five year old program meets kindergarten entrance expectations, focusing on readiness skills.

School Readiness TransportationReceive a reduction in your monthly tuition (not to exceed total monthly amount) if you drive your own and other children to School Readiness. Please call the office at 255-8910 if you are interested in driving, or if you need a ride.

The school district does not endorse or arrange driving agreements, but will share names of interested parents. Parents are responsible for driving arrangements.

We offer this assistance to help children who may otherwise not be able to attend. We ask parents to avoid sharing rides for convenience and requesting a reduction in fees.

School Readiness Refund PolicyWithdrawals after class begins will result in a prorated refund, based on the date of parent notification to the office.

School Readiness Preschool Classes School Readiness Preschool is for 3 and 4 year olds to attend alone two or three mornings or afternoons during the school year. To attend Preschool, the child must also be enrolled in one ECFE parent-child class for 22 or 11* weeks.
