Winter’s Waltz

Thank you to Dani Kuepper for additional assistance in preparing DYPC and in bringing Winter’s Waltz to the stage. Thank you to all of our parent volunteers and bake sale contributors! To Lighting Designer Colin Gawronski, thank you for all the extra you do to make the performance majestic! Thank you to Teresa and Eli for taking the time to create such exciting set pieces that helped to bring moments of the story to life in such memorable ways! A special thank you to Ms Elisabeth and her Ballet I dancers! We are so happy you were able to join us on this winter adventure!To the amazing cast, “Bravo”!! Congratulations to DYPC on another magical performance, the second production of the season, and final performance of 2019! Looking forward to beginning new work with you all in 2020!

SynopsisWith a tummy full of cocoa and cookies, she sits cozily reading one of her most favorite books until her eyelids begin to flutter and softly close. Enchanted by the magic of the season, our young dancer is drawn to the angelic singing of nearby carolers. Falling into a dream filled sleep, celestial voices swirl her into a winter adventure.
