1. Terms and conditions: Information on how to enter “Live your dream” and information on prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid and will be rejected.

2. The Promoter: is Barclays Bank of Ghana Limited. Barclays Bank of Ghana Limited (registered number 4775) whose registered office is at Barclays House, High Street, Accra acting for itself;

3. Who is eligible to enter: Entry is open to all Retail customers (Premier, Prestige and Personal) of Barclays Bank of Ghana Ltd.

4. Who is not eligible to enter: non retail customers, the Promoter, its directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants, the suppliers of goods or services in connection with this promotional competition and their respective spouses, life partners, or immediate family members are not permitted to participate in the promotional competition. A family member is defined to include spouse(s), parents and children.

5. Promotion Period: From Monday 17 August, 2015 to Friday 12 February, 2016.

6 . How to enter: Customers holding Barclays retail accounts (savings and current account) should;

For the monthly draws (mini draws); • Make a deposit of GHS300 into an existing/new account • Maintain their balance for one month to qualify for a mini draw Multiple of GHS300 will earn a customer multiple entries and increases his/her chances to win

For the grand draw • Make monthly deposits of GHS300 • Grow their balances progressively with new monthly deposits of a minimum of GHS300 up to GHS2,000 or more over the six month period Customers with balance growth of GHS2,000 and more will qualify for the Grand draw

7. All Prize-winners will be drawn at random in an electronic draw. Prize winners will be notified by the Promoter immediately the draw is done as per the requirements of the National Lotteries Authority.

8. Draws: a. Monthly Draws - There will six monthly draws during the campaign. The draw for each month will be held by the middle of the following month.

b. Grand Draw - There will be one grand draw which will be held together with the sixth draw.

9. Prizes: a. Monthly draws - There will be ten (10) prize-winners per draw. The prize for the winners at each draw is a triple of customer account balance up to a cap of ten thousand Ghana Cedis (GHS10, 000).

b. Grand draw - There will be a grand draw prize of three hundred thousand Ghana Cedis (GHS300, 000) and five consolation prizes to be determined by the promoter

10. In cases where the winner is required to collect prizes from the Promoter, no promotional prizes will be transported and/or delivered to the prize winner’s place of residence, and the Promoter will not be liable for any travel, transport, accommodation, or any other costs when the prize is handed over or received.

11. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for death or personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and photographs of prize-winners or to publicize the prize-giving presentation after the closing date of the promotion.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or amend this promotion at any point during the promotion period by giving notice.

14. Inability to accept the prize or the associated terms and conditions will result in it being withdrawn and possibly allocated, at the discretion of the Promoter, to an alternative prize-winner.

15. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
