Sass Events 10th Anniversary Bridal Show

I would like to invite you to join us at the Sass Fall Bridal Event at LVIV Hall in Oshawa, on Sunday September 10th, 2017

Our show is boutique style with great traffic – which gives you the opportunity to connect with other like-minded vendors as well as reaching perspective bridal and event clients.

Our anniversary bridal show booth rates are: $400 all-inclusive You will receive: • Full pipe and draped booth • 6ft table, 2 chairs • Linens for table • Electrical first come first serve (see contract) • Company name, contact info and social media links on our website • Company display and promotional materials set up until next show - inside the new Sass Events “Lounge” – details to follow soon!! • Marketing of your company through electronic mail and social media for months leading up to next show • Complete list of attendees who have agreed to forwarding of their contact info As well – each vendor will receive 40 Ticketmaster tickets to show valued at $15.00 each. We encourage you to distribute tickets in any way that you would like. Use as promotion, give away’s or to draw clients to your place of business. This worked very well this for past shows and has helped to increase traffic to show year after year. TERMS & CONDITIONS /SHOW INFORMATION

Sass Events Bridal & Event Show - Sunday September, 2017 LOCATION: Lviv Hall - 38 Lviv Blvd, Oshawa, ON L1H 4K2 TIME: 11am-3pm CONTACT INFORMATION: Tamara Kaye Tel: (905) 448-8737 or [email protected] PAYMENT INFO: A $100 deposit must accompany the original application. The balance is due no later than August 10, 2017 . If the balance is not received by this deadline, the exhibitor waives all rights to the designated space on the contract and Show Management will not guarantee the space. The deposit and all monies paid on the space is non-refundable. Ticket info: Please note that the vendor will receive 40 tickets to distribute to their clients when the deposit is paid. Vendor agrees to distribute tickets to existing and new clients MOVE IN: Vendors booths will be available for set up will be from 2:00 until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday September 9th, 2017 - or from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on show day. (Whichever works best for vendor) MOVE OUT: Unless required by show organizers, no exhibitor shall disassemble or remove any part of his/her display before the show is officially closed. All of the exhibitors must start to remove their displays upon official completion of show. SPACE ASSIGNMENT: Show Management assigns exhibit space. Exhibits are to be arranged so that they do not obstruct the general view or hide the exhibits of others. Show Management will not be held liable if competitive exhibitors are adjacent to or opposite each other, although all efforts will be taken to space similar vendors out amongst the floor. Displays must not protrude beyond the specified booth dimensions. TABLES: One 6ft table and one floor length black tablecloth will be provided to each vendor. Each vendor is to fold and place their tablecloth on their table at end of the show. ELECTRICITY: Electricity is provided on a first come first serve basis. Electrical requirements MUST be made known to organizers at time of show booking. Show organizers are not responsible if electrical is not available day of show if not notified about electrical needs. You are also required to supply your own power bar AND extension cord (3 conductor, #14 CSA Approved) which may be required to route electricity to your booth from your assigned outlet. BOOTH SIZE & DESIGN: All booths will be 8x8 - draped with black draping in stall style. Ensure that when you are designing your booth it does not exceed your booth perimeters. No exhibitor shall block their neighbor’s booth or site lines. Sides of your booth shall not be higher than 3 feet to accommodate this. PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS: Exhibitors at the show are ONLY to be handing out their own company’s promotional material at their booth. Each exhibitor has paid fairly for their space and their exposure at the show and outside promotional material are not to be distributed at the show. This is poor business practice and will not be tolerated. All displays and promotional literature must be in good taste. Products and services must be presented in a professional manner. Free samples may be distributed and orders for products may be taken, and merchandise may be sold. Raffles may be conducted.

FASHION SHOW PARTICIPANTS: As a fashion show participant, you understand that you are participating in the fashion show and agree to hold all parties involved in the Sass Events Bridal & Event Show, including but not limited to, the representatives of Sass Events Bridal & Event Show, all sponsors and volunteers, harmless of any and all damages that may or may not be incurred as a result of participating in the fashion shows taking place on September 10th, 2017. As a participant of the fashion show at the Sass Events Bridal & Event Show, you understand that you are participating at your own risk and that you are responsible for the insurance of your own property. EXHIBIT STAFF SIGN IN: While moving in all exhibitors will register with the registration desk and advise them of the staff that they will have working at their company booth throughout the show. All staff members will be required to check in at the registration desk upon arrival at the show and name badges will be provided. No guest passes will be given out. PARKING: After unloading on set up day, all vehicles must park in the designated parking area. Exhibitors are to move their vehicles promptly from the main parking area so that all exhibitors have an equal opportunity to utilize this area. During the show hours, all exhibitors and exhibit staff must be parked in the designated parking area. Limos may park out front of the main entrance.. SECURITY: All property exhibited is at the exhibitor’s sole risk. The Bridal Show Management Committee assumes no responsibility for the safety of exhibits against theft, robbery, fire accidents or other mishaps. WEATHER: The Sass Events Bridal & Event Show will be taking place rain or shine. No refunds will be issued to any exhibitor due to weather conditions. HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: The Vendor/Dealer hereby indemnifies and saves harmless the Sass Events Bridal & Event Show Management, Sponsors from and against any and all claims, losses, demands, actions and cause of action that arise out of or in connection with the activities carried on by the Vendor/Dealer during the rental period and any period of occupation and use of the show grounds. This includes any acts by the Vendor/Dealer, their employees and/or agents. Everything brought to the show by the Vendor/Dealer, his employees, agents, or customers, shall be entirely at the risk of the Vendor or others for any loss or damage in accordance with Canadian Insurance laws. The Exhibitor must carry their own general public liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage. Exhibitors wishing to insure their goods must do so at their own expense. CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: Should an exhibitor decide to withdraw his/her participation, Show Management will retain as a cancellation fee any and all installment or partial payment by the exhibitor up to the time of the cancellation. No refunds will be given of any monies paid. . If vendor backs out of show less than one month prior the full amount of booth is still due as your booth and all expenses associated with it will have been paid for by Sass Events. GENERAL: All matters and questions not covered by this show information and agreement form are subject to the decision of Show Management. In addition, Show Management shall have full discretion in the interpretation and enforcement of all rules contained herein and the authority to make such amendments thereto and such further rules and regulations governing the conduct of, and participation in the show as it shall consider necessary for the proper presentation of the show. The exhibitor agrees to cease any activity the Show Management deems to be a violation of the terms and to follow the directives of the Show Management.
