SHOW OFFICE OPEN 8.30AM TO 5.00PM EACH DAY TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE SHOW EXCLUDING SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
PAVILION IS OPEN FROM 10:00AM TO 8:00PM SATURDAY AND FROM 8:00AM TO 1:00PM SUNDAY.
PAVILION WILL BE CLOSED FROM 1:00PM TO 2:00PM SUNDAY IN PREPARATION FOR COLLECTION OF EXHIBITS.
EXHIBITS CAN BE COLLECTED BETWEEN 2:00PM AND 4.00PM ON SUNDAY 7th AUGUST, 2016.
EXHIBITORS WISHING TO SELL THEIR PRODUCE (EXCEPT COOKERY) AND DONATE THE PROCEEDS TO THE SHOW SOCIETY, CAN DO SO BY WRITING “FOR SALE” ON THE ENTRY FORM.
ENTRY FORMS OR EXHIBITS ARE ABLE TO BE LEFT AT THE SHOW OFFICE THE WEEK BEFORE THE SHOW.
CARE WILL BE TAKEN WITH EXHIBITS AGAINST LOSS OR DAMAGE, HOWEVER THE SARINA SHOW SOCIETY INC. WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE.
PRIZE MONEY FOR PRIMARY SCHOOLWORK AND COMPUTER ART IS TO BE COLLECTED AT THE SAME TIME AS THE ART WORK
OTHER PRIZE MONEY MAY BE COLLECTED BETWEEN 3:00PM AND 5:00PM ON SATURDAY 6th AUGUST 2016 AND FROM 10:00AM ON SUNDAY 7th AUGUST 2016.

ALL EXHIBITS TO BE AT THE SHOW PAVILION BY FRIDAY 5th AUGUST 2016 All exhibits must be accompanied by a completed entry form.
Entries will be taken from 12 noon till 6:00pm. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

HINTS:
Foliage natural to blooms exhibited should not be removed.
Leave stems as long as possible. They can be cut to size after being entered.
Judging is on perfection of flower, straightness, freshness and freedom from insect infestation.
Containers supplied by Steward, unless otherwise specified.
Roses - leave some foliage on but no buds.
