RESERVATIONS. Leading reservations groups of all hotels, establishing procedures to ensure organization and efficiency within the Reservations departments. Following up customer service and disputes of special cases of reservations with Commercial Partners and guests. GROUPS AND CONVENTIONS. Dealing, processing and signing groups contracts with direct guests or electronic channels requested groups, then processing groups reservations through INNSIST from the reservation request until the check-out of the guests.
