Working as a Warehouse Supervisor cum Inventory Controller. The Company engaged in Import and Export Trading of Edible Oil.
• Management of inventory includes reconciliation of inventory and ensuring that physical stocks must match with system stocks.
• Ensuring On time dispatch of deliveries, Material Receipts, Issues and Availability of material to sales counters.
• Administrating all MHEs and ensuring that daily checklist of MHEs is prepared and evaluated as well.
• Assist the auditors in conducting stocks counts
• Ensuring that operation is done as per protocol defined by the company and keeping the SAFETY FIRST.
• Maintain all the KPIs and targets for the department
• Preparation of Delivery orders and Export Sales invoices.
