    PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

    SAP Research, the technology research department of SAP,

    emerging IT trends with a focus on strategically important SAP

    end. Like technology itself, research has become a vital part of

    human life. No doubt the process of research and innovation

    can be very fascinating.

    EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/

    SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES#

    You bring the ability to work in distributed and

    multicultural teams. You have experience in the technical

    aspects (e.g. Software-Development) and non-technical

    aspects (e.g. presenting, writing and communicating) of IT

    Research. Experience with SAP software is a plus.#

    You completed your degree (Diploma or MS) in one of the

    following courses of study: Computer Sciences, Electronic

    or Computer Engineering, Physics, Maths, Information

    Systems#

    You should have sound experiences in object-oriented

    programming and web technologies, very strong

    capabilities in self-organisation and the ability to work in

    an international team of researchers.#

    You will be employed as a Ph.D. Candidate based on a

    3-years contract and we expect that you fulfil the

    requirements to register as a Ph.D. student at any

    University.

    Dresden or Karlsruhe (DE), St. Gallen (CH), Belfast (UK) and

    Sofia-Antipolis (F) we lare looking for you as a Ph.D. candidate.
