How to find new order confirmations and orders with postponements•The "confirmation date" button allows you to find new confirmed orders quickly and easy. •By narrowing down the date, you select all orders that have either an "Original delivery date" (order confirmation date) or a "Confirmed delivery date" (postponements) in the specified timeframe

� By double clicking in this position you can see what partial deliveries have been planned. The delivery date of the next outstanding partial delivery is displayed in the column “Confirmed delivery date”. In this example: 26 May 2016.

Yellow flash: Not the whole quantity was confirmed.

� By double clicking in this position it becomes clear that partial deliveries have been planned. But not the whole quantity has been confirmed. As you can see from the details, you will receive a partial delivery at the confirmed delivery date. The date for the remaining quantity still has not been confirmed.

� Attention: If you see a yellow flash and the delivery date cannot been seen then the whole quantity has not been confirmed. This may happen in rare cases.

Types of notifications• The main difference between the two types of notifications is that, in case of a

complaint, there are three possibilities of determining the material. In contrast to this, in case of a notification regarding transport damage, it is only possible to determine the material of delivery.

• However, it also possible for you to view the “Notification list”. First, you have the possibility to limit the relevant time range.

• In the next step, all notifications of this period of time are displayed. At the same time, you can view the details of these quality notifications.

• Notifications marked in green have been completed, without statement.• Notifications marked in blue have been completed, with statement.• Notifications marked in yellow are in progress, with statement of the associated

company.

• If you mark a notification, you can view details and you will have the possibility to attach a “New attachment” once again.

Characteristic value assignment initial screen• After the enclosure type has been selected, characteristic value assignment takes

place. This is the specific selection of certain characteristics that the enclosure should have.

You can use the scrollbar to scroll through all the available

characteristics.

Using characteristics/characteristic value assignment

• Values now have to be assigned to all characteristics in accordance with the customer description.You select the characteristics on various tabs.

• On the "Side panel" tab under "Basic Type Design" you first enter the basic type, e.g. "500", which stands for an enclosure with mounting plate.

• Example: A TS 8806 with mounting plate, painted in RAL 7035, must be entered with "500", without mounting plate with "510".

• After you have made your selection from the list of options possible in the area (input help) and confirmed with "Enter" the system automatically determines the product description of the side panel.

• This can now be modified. • The input help is displayed if you press the "i" button. This applies for all

characteristics for which values are to be assigned.

Assignment of values for the "Interior Installation" characteristic

• The values for the the 19" rails and the fastening material are assigned here.• The appropriate 19" rails, fastening material and• the relevant quantity - based on enclosure dimensions - are set as default

values.• The quantity of the rails and fastening material is always in unit piece.• It is also possible to enter the rail installation position.

• Note: Value assignment for the 19" rails has been maintained directly as a tab as 19" is often required.

Assignment of values for the "Configuration" characteristic

• You can now assign a characteristic value for the configuration based on the customer requirement e.g. front division standard > "Front door 1-door, 130°hinged on right".

• You can now select any characteristics here, e.g. rear design not with "rear panel" but "1-door, 130° hinged on right".

Assignment of values for the "Drawing/QP" characteristic

• Here, you can enter the drawing number, any information about complaints, and numbers of QP inspection logs.

• It is also possible to enter information about the required rating plates such as UL.

One special feature: • The output of the language of the TSG text can be controlled here.

"Weight" characteristic

• This provides information about an enclosure weight.• The configurator takes account of all value assignment modifications. In

addition, you can define the weights of any special components manually.

of the values determined by the system and the calculation >• This is done in two steps. • First, you have to select "Pricing" in the "Other" menu

The system now provides two important pieces of information:

1. The SP additional price for the modifications requested by the customer is displayed.

2. The traffic lights display whether the calculation was successful.a) Green/yellow means that the determined additional cost was

determined correctly.b) Red means that the TSG must be involved to determine the

additional cost, i.e. the missing values must be added manually. This is done with the yellow hand.

c) Important: Only additional costs are displayed in the online calculation.

- Assembly type (generated automatically after you have defined assembly and pressed "Enter")

• The example shows a TS 8611.070 comfort handle that is to be attached to the front door.

Note: No plausibility check is carried out for accessory selection.

You can exit accessory entry using the "Back" button.

Simply select the entire text and right click > "Copy" > open a new Word or Exceldocument and paste the text in.Exit the text editor with the "Back" button.
