Who can use it? Everyone who wants a collaboration site for decision-making purpose.

Where can it be used? It can be used in decision making processes. So you can share information about a decision on one page and share it with everyone involved in this process.

IPhone There is no API right now BUT Evernote has an app on Iphone and you can sychronize it with StreamWorks!

Google Wave vs. SAP StreamWork


Who wins? Wrong Question! It might be not the correct time to compare these to SaaS’s (Software as a Service).

Why? Google Wave:

• Social application • Social collaboration is the main focus • Weak in decision making business collaboration

SAP StreamWork:

• Business application • Business collaboration is the main focus • Strong in decision making busines collaboration

Both application are running on the same road (SaaS) but in the opposite direction (Social, Business application). Maybe one day they will run in the same direction, then we will see who wins!

Action Items: Keep track of tasks (actions) which have to be completed until due date.

Details & Status: See details of your actions, also change the status.

Extensions: Enable extensions which increases collaboration and gives flexibility in activities

Main Page of activities Example: ‘Should we use 12SPRINTS in our Company’ Keep track of all events in this activity from this page.

View Options


Two different View options: 1. List view: Shows all events of the activity (discussions, tables, analysis, text etc.) 2. Single item view: A small window on the left will display the selected tool on the right side.

Add: Add new tools to activities. After adding them they will appear at the top of the page. For every tool there appears a comment box on the righ side

Upload: Upload files to current activity and share them with participants

At the buttom of the page manage Action Items and Participants in the Activity.

In the activity, at the top right there are two button. 1. Activity Properties 2. Actions

1. Activity Properties: Change general informations about the activity

2. Actions: Close current activity
