Current Scenario
Currently, connecting technicians to the EAM system requires paperwork and extensive data entry. The technician receives the work order and proceeds to the appropriate work site.
From communicating the job to the technician, to recording its completion, all steps rely on paper forms and require manual database entry. Obviously, timeliness and accuracy suffer.
