Chile is known for its fresh seafood and delectable meals.Classic Chilean meals include: Ensalada Chilena, Pastel de Choclo, Cola de Mona, Chancho en Piedra and many more. Originally, Chilean cuisine consisted mainly of Spanish dishes brought over by the Conquistadors. Eventually the Spanish dishes evolved with Chilean ingredients. Now, Chile has its own unique foods. Chile’s large coastline accounts for its numerous seafood recipes.
