“ Santa’s X’mas ”- Santa claus likes to
celebrate xmas this time in a different
way.
Come, lets welcome him to our home and
celebrate this christmas season.
But,
before that, it will be very useful, if you read
our new magazine issue through which you
can learn new and special xmas recepies and
dress up yourself in different styles and also
decorate your home with new and different
things and make yourself ready and
prepared to greet him

Lemon Pepper Chicken
Ingredients :

Special X’mas Dishes
Method :
1. Gently scrap the zest of
both the lemon and put it in
a bowl.
2. Add the ginger garlic paste,
salt, turmeric powder,fresh
ground pepper powder, finely
chopped cilantro, juice of one
lemon and little oil and make a
paste.
3. Make slits in few places in the
chicken for the marination to get
in nicely.
Rub the marination paste all
over the chicken and let it
marinate for atleast half an
hour in the fridge.
Ovrenight marination would be
good.
4. Transfer it to a baking
dish, cover it with aluminium
foil and Bake it in a 350 degree F
oven for half an hour.
5. Uncover the dish,
transfer the chicken to a
new tray and bake i t for
another 10- 15 minutes
to crisp up the out side.
Turn the side of the
chicken after 10 minutes
so that al l the sides get
cr isped up uniformly.
6. Remove i t and
transfer i t to the serving
plate. When i t is st i l l hot,
add the juice of 1 whole
lemon on top of the
chicken.
7. Have as a meal with
some pasta and some
vegetables. I f you make
the same with small
pieces of chicken, i t
would be a side with any
r ice dish too.

CHOCOLATE CHIP CUPCAKE
Ingredients :
All Purpose Flour - 1 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp
Semisweet mini chocolate chips - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Unsalted Butter - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Eggs - 2
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/8 tsp

Preparation : 1.Preheat the oven to
350 degree F (180 C).
2.Toss the mini chocolate
chips with 2 tbsp of f lour and
keep aside.
3.Line your muff in tray
with cupcake l iners.
Method : 1.Take the sugar and
butter in a mixing bowl.
Keep mixing unti l i t
becomes smooth and
creamy.
2.Add the eggs one at
a t ime and mix well .
You can use a hand
mixer to mix everything
easi ly.
3.Add the milk and
f lour alternatively l i t t le by
l i t t le while continuously
mixing so that everything is
well incorporated.
4.Mix the vani l la
extract and mini chocolate
chips.
5.Divide the batter
evenly in the prepared
muff in pan unti l each
one is three forth
f i l led with batter.
6.Bake for 20 to 25
minutes or unti l
toothpick inserted
comes out clean.
7.Cool the cupcakes
for 10 minutes.

White chocolate snowball and strawberry trifle Ingredients : 2 x 85g pkt strawberry jel ly crystals
500g strawberries, hul led,halved
215g (1 cup) caster sugar
100g butter, melted
2 eggs
115g (3/4 cup) plain f lour
45g (1/2 cup) desiccated coconut
120g macadamias, coarsely chopped
100g white chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 tbs milk
2 tbs Frangelico l iqueur

Method : 1.Make the jelly. Pour
into a 20cm (3.75L)
straight-sided trifle bowl.
Add 300g of the
strawberries. Place in the
fridge for 4 hours to set.
2.Preheat oven to
180C/160C fan forced.
3.Place the sugar and
melted butter in a large
bowl.Add the eggs, 1 at
a time, and stir until
mixture is thick and glossy.
Stir in flour, coconut,
macadamia,white
chocolate and milk.
Pour into prepared pan
and smooth the surface.
Bake for 30 minutes. Set
aside in pan to cool
completely.
4.To make white
chocolate cream, place the
chocolate and 250ml
(1 cup) of the cream in a
saucepan. Stir for 5
minutes over low heat or
until chocolate melts.
Set aside for 10 minutes
to cool slightly. Combine
chocolate mixture,
mascarpone and
remaining cream in a
bowl.
5.Trim cake edge to fit
into trifle bowl. Gently
place the cake into bowl.
Drizzle with the
Frangelico.
Spread the jam over
the cake. Line the
strawberries around the
edge of the bowl to
decorate. Fill with the
white chocolate cream.
Top with Lindt balls.
Place in fridge for 4
hours to chill .Dust with
icing sugar.
