The column titled ‘project cost still needed after dedicated funds removed’ indicates projects that need additional funds. The hybrid scenarios (1 and 2) show different ways to allocate the remaining 25% of the estimated funds over a 22 year timeframe. Many of the projects are similar between the two hybrid scenarios with the greatest difference being more Highway 1 corridor projects are funded in hybrid #1 and more maintenance is funded in hybrid #2.
