Objective:- Malnutrition and infection are the major causes of the precarious status of health in the

developing world. The application of modern scientific knowledge to envirionmental sanitation can lead

to 80 percent of the diseases being effectively controlled. Thus, by developing desirable nutrition, health

and environmental sanitation practices in the communities, health problems can be considerably

resolved.

Description:- Sanskrutians of class 9 had took this initiative to favour the community health by door to

door contact with families based on environment, based on education and sanitation facilities all around.

They have correlated the health and sanitation to spread awareness amongst the people in order to get

the proper nutrition done within their reach and maintaining the proper excretion as well as sanitation

facilities by getting the toilets constructed within their homes.

We always strive to help in the best possible manner. So, we also tried to help them combat their

unemployment hindrances by suggesting them some of the places where they can get themselves

employed such as, construction work, laboring etc.

We visited 10 homes and brought them into the confidence of importance of sanitation, proper

dispersion of garbage from their homes and also removal of sewage water out from the homes at a

convenient place. All in all it was a success as we were showered with blessings and love.

Being safe and responsible

Objective:- To bring awareness in the society about safety concern, reactions to different types of dangers

and how to give first aid during emergencies.

First-aid

Disaster management

Description:- A seminar was conducted in school premises regarding prevention from natural calamities

and basic first aid techniques. As we are totally aware about the importance of first aid it is very crucial to

explain and make other people aware as well.

In order to attain the above mentioned objective we have gathered our class 9 students under one roof

and explained them fruitfully about the techniques of basic first aid given to an injured person. We have

also offered them to demonstrate the same as well. After being taught about the disasters and first aid

they were able to answer the following questions:-

What are the best practices of first aid?

How to react seeing an injured person?

Ways of prevention through arising of natural calamities.

Prevention to be done in the school, at homes etc.

“Swachh Bharat Swachh Vidyalaya” (cleanliness drive)

Objective:-

uncleanliness, including the health hazards.

Description:- An awareness campaign was been organized by students on cleanliness they roamed around

streets to streets spreading awareness and reciting slogans of cleanliness in entire village. They also

picked up the litters and cleaned up the places so far. Inculcating the thought of clean India green India

they’ve shown their keen interests in cleanliness procedure also they felt immense pleasure in spreading

Awareness regarding the same.

Dignity of labour

Objective:-

● understand the importance of different occupations in our social system – such

as, ice-cream lorry, balloon man, tea stall, kite seller, bangle seller, knife

sharpener, food lorry, etc.

● learn to respect people from different vocations of life. *

● understand and value of Human Rights.

● be empathetic and compassionate. *

● respect people despite nature of work involved in their vocations. *

● instill love for labour.

Description:- Being harmonious and sympathetic towards every occasion of life is at most important. It is

necessary to respect all the features of life in every best possible manner keeping in mind this thought our

cheerful volunteers of class 9th have initiated an activity in which they have conversation with some

labourers, doing different field jobs such as construction work guarding,Gardening, vendors, vehicle

drivers etc.

They surveyed and tried to encounter the problems of different people doing different kind of jobs they

also tried to solve some of them in the way they can and also had some jiggle talks with them. It turned

out to be an absolutely amazing activity as they have learnt the art of empathetic sympathy and harmony

amongst others. Even they have helped some of the construction workers in constructing the pillars and

they enjoyed doing this. It was overall a life learning activity in which heroic values were inculcated in the

minds of students and they have learnt a lot.
