Items Noted:

On Saturday, 12 August 2017, I was invited by the Northern Wisconsin Paranormal Society (“NWPS”)2 to

participate in an overnight investigation in Price County, Wisconsin, hosted by Mr Don Young.3 Accordingly, I

arrived at Mr Young’s residence at approximately 1200pm; the NWPS team, Kevin Malek, Jennifer Malek, and

Tex Avery*, arrived soon after.

We then followed Don out to the campsite; it was quite remote, located in a clearing along an overgrown

vehicle-access road, surrounded by heavy woods on all sides with a rolling terrain. I pulled into the clearing

behind the others; as I parked my car, I heard sounds of movement in the brush just outside;4 there was a loud

rustling and a crackling of branches. I peered intently into the forest; I had a brief, thrilling observation

of…something…suddenly moving away and crouching down into the tall grasses.5

We were not alone.6

Something…knew we had arrived…! 7

After arranging our vehicles, we set off to explore a nearby wetland, where Don had documented and observed

multiple phenomena; as we walked along the vehicle-access road, I had a strong impression we were

surrounded, on all sides, by EC.8 9 I was neither frightened nor alarmed; however, I recall mentioning this to

the others, who agreed the site was quite active, and with which Don concurred.

“I hate to say this,” I said to the others, “But, I don’t think we’re alone, out here.” 10

“We’re not,” Don agreed.

The woods were utterly quiet; I heard a few birds calling in the trees and then, suddenly, silence. 11 12 13

“Oh, my god!” I exclaimed, “Do you smell that?”

A strong, pungent odour, suggestive of faecal matter, suddenly appeared; it was awful. 14

And then, just as quickly, it disappeared. 15

“If I didn’t know better,” I said, “I’d say that was an EC.”

“It probably was,” Don agreed.

Oh, yay!

The odour returned briefly, and then disappeared again; it was really most…curious. 16 17

These photographs present views of the remarkable branch assemblies constructed over and above the trail

leading from the vehicle-access road into the wetland area; notice, in each image, the use of American Beech

(Fagus grandifolia) only.18 No variety of component species or bark colour/texture is present.19 In the second

image, notice the ‘X’ configuration created by two arched-branch components crossing overhead; a similar

feature may be observed in the third image. In the fourth image, notice the remarkable, beautiful interweaving

of various sizes and thicknesses of branch components, suspended at eye-level.

We continued walking, turning off the vehicle-access road onto a narrow, heavily overgrown trail through a

poplar forest; it was still quite navigable, but one made one’s way carefully. As we progressed through the

forest, I began to have a strong impression of being watched, there was a sense of curiosity, and interest, in our

group and in our activities. 20

components; multiplicity of component species; multiplicity of component sizes; and visually contrasting component species colours,

bark, and textures. To this may be added the application of long, slender components supporting large, heavier ones, and/or the

stripping of leaves and twigs from the components, although these are not always observed. 20 Ronie Powell. Two Witnesses Recount a Close Daytime Encounter with a Very Curious Creature near Lebanon. Bigfoot Field

These photographs present further views of the remarkable branch assemblies observed adjacent to and/or

above the trail leading to/from the wetland area; again, notice the use of a single component species (American

Beech) throughout, but with noticeably contrasting component thicknesses. 21 The first and second images

present close-ups of the graceful, arched-branch assembly, comprising at least three American Beech saplings

beautifully interwoven; the third and fourth images present views of the complex interweaving observed closer

to the ground. Notice, in the third image, what appears to be a star or asterisk configuration. A similar

construction is also visible in the second photograph, as well.

“I hate to say this,” I said, “But, I think we’re being watched.” 22 23 24

“We are,” Don replied.

These photographs present further views of the branch assemblies observed along the trail; again, notice the

complex and skillful use of interweaving to maintain and stabilise same. The fourth image presents a view

looking (roughly) north into the heavy, thick brush and foliage of the forest; this was taken as I began to realise

not only that we were being watched, but that we were not…alone.

We continued our way through the poplar forest; again, I noticed everything was utterly, eerily quiet. 25 There

was not a sound of anything, anywhere; even the wind seemed to have tapered off. Again, I felt neither afraid

nor alarmed; I was aware of Don’s familiarity with and ease in the woods. He was comfortable there, and this

helped to make me feel less anxious.

I observed a beautifully woven branch assembly, which spanned the trail just below head height, approximately

six feet above the ground (6ft, or 1.83m). It was composed of three arched branches, intertwined together; just

beyond, I observed another, smaller branch assembly at waist height. Curiously, in order to continue along the

trail, one had to duck and pass carefully beneath the assembly.

“Oh, look at this,” I said, happily, “Look how beautifully interwoven these branches are!”

I stopped to document the assembly with my camera, spending several minutes doing so.

I was vividly aware we were not alone; however, I made no direct, visual observation.26 27 Nonetheless, the

placement of the branch assemblies was unusual; I did not immediately comprehend them.

“Why…here?” I asked, aloud. “Why would you set up a branch assembly here, in the woods?”

“What do you mean, Sanjay?” someone asked.

“Well,” I said, “In my own experience, most branch assemblies are indications of travel, markers for passage,

directions to food or water, or even shelters, nests, etc. But, this assembly is clearly positioned over a trail used

primarily by humans. Why?” 28 29

I could recall only other assembly similar to this, which I had observed at Area D in November 2016; it had also

been constructed over a trail, but, in contrast, built sufficiently high to permit easy (human) passage. 30

“Most branch assemblies,” I continued, “Offer some clue regarding their purpose; they may not necessarily be

for us, but they are, at times, about us. This really does seem deliberate, but again, why…?” 31

I observed a smaller, waist-high assembly nearby, and was reminded of similar assemblies I had observed

elsewhere. Was this another example of an adult-child branch assembly grouping? 32 33

We continued through the woods; I observed a second, arched-branch assembly a few yards on, and then a

large, slanted-branch assembly just beyond. I noticed that, with mounting interest, all of the assemblies were

positioned over or immediately adjacent to the trail. 34 Even more oddly, they were all at or below head height;

one could not pass beneath them without ducking and stooping.

And then, it happened.

I had comprehended, for some time, we were not alone in the forest.

a close distance. The low height of the arched-branch assemblies necessitated stooping and ducking in order to access same; it was at

this point that I realised at least one EC was observing us at close range. Please refer to the Addendum for more information.

I also had become aware of another…presence…staying close to us on the trail. I stopped, and looked

carefully; just behind me, on my right, I observed a man, tall and slender, wearing a black-and-white buffalo-

plaid shirt and black jeans, with a black baseball cap. He had rolled up the sleeves; I do not recall his boots. 35

I recognised him; I knew him intimately, as deeply and as closely as my own brother.

He was….

“Oh, god,” I said. “Oh, god.”

Jennifer came up to me. “What is it, Sanjay?” she asked me.

“Joshua,” I said, “Is here; he is in the woods with us, he is on the trail with us now.”

“Yes,” she agreed, “I’ve realised that he was here, for quite a while.”

“Yes,” I replied, “He’s standing right…there.”

We both stopped, and looked at Josh; he was grinning from ear to ear.

“He’s so excited to be here,” I said, “Investigating with us, doing field work.”

But why now, Josh, I wanted to ask, and why…this place? What is here that is not a part of the places I have

wandered, where I have spoken your name in the clear darkness, and waited, for you to answer? 36

I realised the answer to my questions almost immediately; Josh’s presence here was God’s plan, not mine. I

reminded myself I needed to put my faith in God and His Will; He had spoken to me earlier. I remembered my

prayer that morning, and the answer He had given me, on the Lugerville Road. 37

“This is what we always wanted,” I told Jennifer. “This is God’s gift to us, God gave us this.” 38

It is difficult to describe fully, with words, my emotions at that moment.

A short time later, we emerged into the wetland, a wide, open space stretching to the north and west, a vast sea

of tall marsh grasses dotted with small saplings and clumps of thick, heavy brush; it was utterly quiet and

beautiful, in the sunlight. I had a strong impression of watchfulness, of observation, all around us; 39 I also

noticed it was extremely quiet. There was not a sound of anything, anywhere.40 At the edge of the brush,

adjacent to the trail, I observed a curiously fashioned, vertically oriented branch assembly.

He was, and remains, my closest friend. 37 On the Lugerville Road that morning, God spoke to me as I was driving. “You will understand,” He said, “Why I have brought you

here, very soon.” Shortly thereafter, Josh appeared to me in my vehicle, but even then I did not comprehend…. 38 Josh and I had discussed at considerable length the possibility of researching and investigating together; it was our dream to

purchase an Airstream, do it up, and travel across the country. Oh…boy. Oh…boy. 39 Ibid, Meldrum. Sasquatch: Legend Meets Science. 40 Ibid, BFRO Author(s). Silent Woods.

I took several photographs in all directions, hoping to document any possible movement or shadows changing

positions. From the woods, I maintained a strong impression of…something…close by. 41 42

Approximately one hundred yards (100yd, or 91.44m) to the north, I observed signs of movement; I recall either

Don or Jennifer may have observed it first. Kevin attempted to film the movement; it was difficult to identify,

at that distance, and it was not possible to cross the marsh easily.

I observed what appeared to be a small-to-medium sized, brown-coloured animal. The animal seemed to be

playing about in the tall grasses, but remained there; it did not appear to stray. Through the zoom lens on my

camera, I video-filmed a multitude of small, white objects fluttering gracefully in the air. 43

“Does anyone else see those?” I asked. “I have no idea what those are!”

“Wait a minute,” Jennifer said, “I think there are also…two…animals…over there!”

We all peered intently; I observed only glimpses of the two animals. One appeared slightly darker than the

other, but I could not identify them.

“I’m getting an impression,” Jennifer said, “They are…wolf-like.”

A short time later we turned, and started back along the trail; again, I had a strong impression of being watched

as we progressed through the poplar forest.44 I also continued to realise Josh was with us; 45 it was a difficult

acceptance, and an emotional one. I prayed for guidance, as we walked; I was far from comfortable. 46

“Why here, God?” I asked. “Why now? What is Your purpose here, Lord?” 47

We returned to the campsite; upon entering the clearing both Jennifer and I immediately had a strong

impression the campsite had been visited during our absence; there was a lingering presence of EC in the air, an

atmosphere of watchfulness, of waiting, all around us. 48 49

The first photograph presents a view of the vast wetland area, looking (roughly) west-southwest; the second

photograph presents a view of the strange, fluttering cloud of white, animate objects. Although some further

analysis has been performed, these objects have not been identified.

“There are EC here,” I said to the group, “They are watching us; they are all around us.” 50

“Do you feel anything else, Sanjay?” someone asked me.

“Yes,” I answered, “I feel Josh is here with us, as well.”

Josh’s presence was unmistakeable, vivid, and clear; I observed him at the campsite, standing about and looking

upon all our activities. His countenance beamed with happiness and joy and I wished I might share his feelings

but it was extremely difficult for me to do so.

Sigh….

The NWPS team began setting up their tents and equipment, the latter of which there was a great deal; this was

all quite interesting, as I had never attended such an investigation before.51 The weather remained clear and

fine, although it was by now extremely hot and quite humid; there was still no breeze and the flies, mosquitoes,

and gnats were making a thorough nuisance of themselves.

Shortly thereafter, I walked down the lane a good distance.

I should not have gone alone.

I passed around a slight bend in the lane, to screen myself from the campsite and to give myself some additional

privacy (well, you know what I mean). While standing there, I realised I was looking over my shoulder….

….I was being watched. 52

I was not alone. 53

For a long, shuddering moment, I felt horribly exposed and vulnerable; 54 I was some distance from the

campsite, I did not have my mobile, and no one really knew where I was. I opened my mouth to call out to

someone, anyone, to let them know….

….and then, I stopped.

There was something in the woods, rather uncomfortably close to me. 55

I had a strong, clear impression of something large and dark, approaching me silently through the thick, heavy

foliage and yet, I seemed to hear its approach. It made no sound whatsoever and yet the air moved around it,

and was pushed forward, out of its way, as it came towards me and then it stopped, and it waited.

It waited, while I stood there, paralysed with a sudden, overwhelming fear. 56 57

And yet, somehow, I was not afraid.

I remained standing there (ahem); I was wildly curious to see what would happen next.

Click! Click! Click! Click! Click! Click!

A loud, sharp series of rapid clicks sounded in the brush! 58 59

Oh, my god!

I waited, breathlessly….

Click! Click! Click!

I heard several additional loud, sharp clicks in rapid-fire sequence; I was really most intrigued. Should I

explore the woods alone? Should I return, and collect someone to join me? 60

I peered intently into the thick, heavy foliage, trying to discern any signs of movement or any possible outlines

or shapes in the dense brush and leaves; in the event, I observed nothing specific but I was suddenly aware of an

increasing feeling of discomfort. I realised I was some distance from the campsite…and I was alone. 61 62

I returned to the others, and shared my experience; I was really quite thrilled, to be honest. 63

“I think they were watching you,” Don Young responded. 64 65

“I think you’re right!” I agreed.

At the campsite, I seated myself in a chair facing (roughly) east; before me was a small fire-pit, with the tents

and equipment to my right and several trucks opposite. My own vehicle was to my left, at a short distance

away; we were surrounded by heavy woods and almost impenetrable brush on all sides, save for the vehicle-

access road leading back to the main highway and on the right, forward up a low rise.

I watched the NWPS team setting up their equipment; the afternoon sun was blazing hot and the black flies

were a revolting nuisance. Swatting wildly, I glanced across the clearing, into the woods opposite.

Something was standing there.

I did not at first comprehend my observation: a large, red…shape…standing motionless in the trees; it appeared

to be looking directly at me. It was only ten to fifteen yards away (10-15yds, or 9.144-13.716m). 66 67

I turned to call out to someone, and then looked back….

….it was gone.

And then, I realised what I had seen. 68

These photographs present views of the heavy, thick foliage bordered the campsite, wherein I observed the tall,

red shape standing motionless; a portion of same is visible in the third image. The second image presents the

pair of strange, brilliant red objects in the tree branches, which we could not identify.

I excitedly shared my observation with the others; everyone was most interested.

As we observed the woods further, I noticed some strange, brilliant red objects in the same area; I could not

accurately determine their makeup. They gleamed brightly, and appeared to be quite high up in the tree

branches; I recall Jennifer and Tex Avery observed them as well. 69 I took several photographs for later

analysis. 70 71

Curiously, the strange, red objects seemed to appear and disappear from time to time; we could not approach

them closely. They would disappear, and then reappear a few minutes later. 72

69 I cannot now recall if Don Young & Kevin Malek observed the strange, brilliant red objects with us. 70 It was later realised that the ground sloped sharply up beneath the trees; this effect of the landscape was concealed by the heavy,

thick brush and foliage of the forest. Based upon this elevation, it is reasonable to suggest that…something…may have been standing

on the sharply sloping ground at a considerably raised height, pertinent to our own position at the campsite. 71 An initial analysis of my photographs has revealed some curious anomalies; however, no further identification of the strange,

brilliant red objects has been confirmed. Please refer to the Addendum. 72 Ibid, NAWAC Author(s). Deer Hunter Encounters Two Huge Ape-like Creatures Fighting.

Even more curiously, as we were trying to investigate the strange, brilliant red objects, I heard, repeatedly,

sounds of movement in the brush beyond, mainly to the southeast,73 as though something were approaching,

stopping, and then describing a large, circular route around the campsite.74 Several minutes later, I heard

sounds of movement on the west side of the clearing; again, the impression of something approaching, stopping,

and then circling around us remained.75 76

A short time later, we returned to the wetland; as we walked along the vehicle-access road, I once again

maintained a strong impression of being watched, and followed, our progress was being monitored.77 78 I did

not feel uneasy or apprehensive, but it was, in all honesty, a trifle unsettling.

Once returned to the wetland, I again noticed everything was eerily quiet; there was no sound of movement

anywhere, and no breeze at all.79 Nothing moved or stirred; nonetheless, as I looked across the wide expanse of

grasses and marsh, I had a strong impression of being watched, far to the southwest, where a thick belt of pine

trees marched along the wetland’s edge.80

“Jennifer,” I said, “I think something is standing over there.” 81

“Yes,” she agreed, “I think there is something over there, too.”

“And,” I continued, “I think it’s watching us.” 82

“Yes,” she agreed, “It is.”

I stopped for a moment, to collect my thoughts; it was hard for me to speak, suddenly.83

“Josh is here, with us,” I said. 84

“Yes,” she said, “He is.”

Josh was standing quite close to us on the trail; he was so happy to be there.

Curiously, I also had an unusual impression we were being escorted, that…something…was following us

closely, monitoring our passage. 88 89

At the campsite, Don Young served us a delicious, hot pork tenderloin dinner with roasted bell peppers and

sweet onions; it was much appreciated, and well received. After we had eaten, the NWPS team setup their

cameras and additional equipment around the campsite. The afternoon remained broiling hot and humid; I was

feeling somewhat sleepy and so decided to take a short nap in my vehicle.

While napping (quite comfortably, I must add) I again had a strong impression of being watched;90 furthermore,

I heard several loud, heavy footsteps just outside,91 but I did not look up, nor did I investigate. I really was quite

tired, it had been a long drive.

Approximately two hours later, I awakened and returned to the campsite; I was feeling quite refreshed. As I

relaxed happily by the campfire, Tex Avery suddenly burst out of the tent.

“There’s something strange on the Kinect!” he said, “It looks like a man, standing by the truck!” 92

“Is it an EC?” someone asked.

“An anomaly?” someone else queried.

“No,’ Tex replied, “He’s standing by the truck; he keeps moving about.”

I quickly stood up and walked over to the truck; I was eager to interact with the man, if possible, and also to

establish it was not an anomaly. I came up to the truck and held out my right hand; I felt a cold, chilling breeze

within my fingers. 93 Curiously, I did not observe the man in any way. 94

“Is it Josh?” someone asked me.

“No,” I said, “Josh is still by the campfire; the man knows who he is.” 95 96

This screen-capture from the SLS Kinect camera presents (in reverse) the apparition of the man positioned on

the bonnet of the truck; I am standing next to him with my hand (apparently) on his shoulder. Per Tex Avery,

the man moved about rapidly and frequently; I did not always know or guess where he might be until he took

my hand in his, which he did often. This image is the property of the Northern Wisconsin Paranormal Society,

and is presented here with their kind permission.

I began communicating with the man, and describing him to the others.

“He was the former owner of this property,” I said, “But, he is quite ill. He has beautiful dove-grey eyes, and

fine, short hair, sort of a strawberry-blonde colour. He’s rather tall, and slender; he is missing all of the animals

that were here, they were all his friends.”

Don Young, who was seated nearby, then asked me a question.

“Does he have a message, for anyone?”

“Yes,” I said, “He wants to be sure the land is in good order, and that the land is being cared for.”

It was difficult to focus; I maintained a strong impression of sadness and loss. 97 The man kept moving about,

climbing up onto the bonnet and then walking back and forth. I could not hold onto him. He did not appear to

want further interaction; from time to time he took my hand, and I would again feel the cold, chilling air. 98

And then, he was gone, as swiftly and as suddenly as he had appeared; Tex reported the man had disappeared

from the Kinect camera, as well. 99

The sun was setting and the light was beginning to fade; Don Young suggested we investigate some turnip

patches just to the south of the campsite, for possible signs of activity. 100 Accordingly, Don, Kevin, and I set

off along the vehicle-access road; Jennifer and Tex remained at the campsite. As we walked along the road,

heavily overgrown and flanked by heavy, thick brush and foliage, I was aware of a strange, almost eerie silence;

there was not a sound of movement, anywhere. No birds sang, no squirrels rummaged through the

undergrowth; there was no sound of anything. 101

Don pointed out a path beat down through the thick grass, leading off the road into the trees.

“Look at this,” he gestured, “That’s awfully wide for a deer; they don’t leave paths this wide.” 102

We continued along the road; the woods opened up and we emerged into a long, rolling field. Don was ahead

of me; I as looked past him….

….I observed a sudden, quick movement in the brush. 103

Something…had passed quickly through the forest, shaking large, heavy branches as they did so. There was no

wind at all, and yet the single branch was shaking, wildly. 104 I peered intently into the brush, and as I did so I

began to realise that…something…did not want to be seen. 105

It was a trifle unsettling.

The turnip fields appeared to have just been planted; I observed only small, green shoots and leaves in the

ground. Nonetheless, we spent some time investigating the turned earth, looking for signs of passage or prints;

again, I was aware of a deeply uncomfortable silence; I was beginning to feel rather…nervous. 106

Don and Kevin observed some curiously-shaped depressions in the ground, but they were not clear. As they

were exploring the turnip field, my nervousness and discomfort continued to grow.

I recall I was beginning to feel quite ill at ease, I was not welcome there. 107

We returned to the campsite shortly thereafter; it was now almost dark. Don setup the campfire and it was

pleasant to enjoy the crackling flames, reaching high into the night.

Don and Kevin then returned to the wetland for further exploration; Jennifer and I remained by the fire, and Tex

remained in the tent monitoring the cameras. I was rather tired, and did not want to venture out again; also, I

did not feel comfortable leaving a nice lady alone in the woods.

STOMP. STOMP. STOMP.

I heard another set of three, loud, thudding stomps to the northeast; they were louder, and seemed…closer.

Oh, my god.

“They’re getting closer,” I said, “I don’t like this.”

I realised, horribly and immediately, none of us were armed and I did not know how long Don and Kevin might

be at the wetland. In the darkness, I could observe nothing but my own fear. 113 114

STOMP. STOMP. STOMP.

The three loud, thudding stomps were coming closer.

Someone…or something…was approaching us in the forest.115

And them, I saw lights advancing along the vehicle-access road; Don and Kevin had returned from their foray

into the wetland. As they came into the campsite, I heard another loud set of stomps:

STOMP. STOMP. STOMP. STOMP. STOMP.

And then, there was nothing; an eerie, unsettling silence seemed to descend upon the woods.116

We remained by the campfire; behind me, I heard soft, muffled sounds of movement, as though something were

moving stealthily and purposefully through the forest. 117 118

I also observed several brilliantly coloured orbs of light by the trucks; they were coloured mostly golden-

yellow, 119 although I do recall at least one was red. I did not think they were eye-shine, however; they seemed

too large and too close. 120 121

Don had hung up some glow-sticks earlier that evening; but they had extinguished themselves almost

immediately. Accordingly, he set up some additional sticks; these were hung around the campsite and also in

the forest just behind us (ie, on the west side). 122 123

As the evening progressed, it became quite cold; I was glad of my heavy mac and sweater, despite it being the

middle of August! The campfire helped immensely as well; I did not mind the smoke at all.124 As we relaxed,

nibbling on crisps and other snacks, I looked at the bag in my hand; it was trembling, slightly.

Someone was holding it.

I looked down, to my right; Josh was seated on the ground next to me; his left hand was gripping the cuff of my

mac, firmly and securely. 125 He was smiling broadly and his black baseball cap was pushed back; the cold did

not appear to affect him as he was not wearing a jacket.

“He’s happy to be here,” Jennifer observed. 126

“Yes,” I agreed, “He…yes…he…this is what….”

I could not finish.

“Sanjay,” Jennifer said, after a moment, “Can you take a look at the glow-sticks?” 127

“Sure,” I agreed, and did so promptly, “What’s going on?”

“I’m seeing movement in the trees,” she answered, “But, there’s no wind.”

I turned around, and peered intently into the darkness; 128 I observed dark shadows moving,129 slowly, quietly,

cautiously, and then I observed something else….

….a pair of gleaming, red eyes were looking directly at us. 130

“Oh, my god!” I exclaimed, “I see red eye-shine!”

“It keeps shifting,” Jennifer agreed, “But, I think there is more than one, over there.” 131

Jennifer and I continued to watch the glow-sticks; I was aware of…something…moving back and forth through

the trees. I was really quite curious, but also somewhat uncomfortably aware that…something…was in the

forest within twenty yards (20yd, or 18.288m) from our campsite. 132

There was a sudden exclamation from the tent; Tex burst through the flap.

“Say! What was that?” he asked us.

We all looked at him, strangely; he seemed unusually excited.

“What…was what?” someone responded. “Do you mean the EC in the woods?”

“No,” he continued, “On the camera, there was a bright, sudden light in the sky!” 133 134

“Wow!” someone exclaimed, “That’s amazing!”

“Yes,” Jennifer said, “But, nothing has happened…we haven’t seen anything.”

“Well, that’s strange,” Tex said, “It was clear, on the cameras, and it seemed to be right overhead.”

“That is strange,” someone said, “That is…really quite strange.” 135 136 137

We remained by the campfire (it was simply too cold to do anything else), looking up at the night sky and the

brilliant display of stars; the Perseids graced us with numerous meteors flinging themselves above. 138 I could

see the Milky Way crossing the sky above it, a river of stars that seemed to stretch on forever.

The night was getting on, and I was becoming quite tired; I looked around for Josh, but he had disappeared.

“He’s by the car,” Jennifer said, smiling, “I think he’s trying to tell you something.”

I said good-night to everyone, and returned to my car; it was quite cold and I bundled myself up. As I lay back

and closed my eyes, I prayed nothing would disturb me in the night.

Later, much later (I do not recall the time), I heard soft, muffled footsteps walking past the car, stopping, and

then coming past me again; I did not look up.139 During the night, I heard sounds of movement by the campfire,

and observed the lanterns swinging back and forth; it appeared Don and Kevin were awake.

I awakened at approximately 0600am, and left for home shortly thereafter.

These behaviours, and the history of my own experiences, may be considered sufficient to confirm the presence

of EC143 in Price County, in the late summer of 2017.

The appearance of the figure on the Kinect camera monitor should not be considered anomalous; similar

behaviours have been documented by other investigators144 and also by the NWPS team.145 My personal

interaction, as presented herein, may be a step towards better comprehension of such phenomena.

The presence….

I’m sorry. I can’t talk about this right now. Sorry.

The brilliant flash of light observed by Tex Avery but no one else, is remarkable; however, I have experienced

similar phenomena since then.146 147 Nonetheless, the differences in our perceptions of paranormal behaviours

should be reviewed carefully; further research and enquiry may provide valuable insight.148

An unusual number of subjective events also occurred. While these cannot be considered conclusive evidence

of EC, ghosts and/or spirits, or any other type of paranormal being(s), neither should any of these be discounted.

The impact of non-objective behaviours, while personally quite vivid and at times overwhelming, are nearly

impossible to substantiate with any measure of certainty.
