Optimierung der Betriebszeiten der Lüftungsgeräte Turnhalle, Naßzellen/Umkleiden und Übungssäle durch angepasste, erneuerte Regelungstechnik. Verwendung des Umluftbetriebs.
Bedarfsanpassung der Pumpenlaufzeiten an die Laufzeiten der Lüftungsanlagen. Mit Erneuerung der Regelung der Lüftungsanlage (vgl. M8) sollte dies spätestens realisiert werden.
Zeitgesteuerte und temperaturkontrollierte Bedarfsoptimierung durch angepasste Regelungstechnik (Heizperioden-Zeitfenster, Nachtabschaltung, Ferienprogramm).
Austausch des Wärmeerzeugers durch Brennwertkessel. Statistisches Ende der Lebensdauer erreicht. Emissionswerte werden nicht mehr eingehalten.
Optimierung der Betriebszeiten der vorhandenen Regelungstechnik, sofern diese erhalten bleibt. Verzicht auf Beheizung des Schulgebäudes an den Wochenenden (Wochenendabschaltung anstatt Wochenendabsenkung).
Einbau elektronisch geregelter Heizungspumpen in sieben Heizkreisen der Paul-Gerhart-Schule.
Ersatz der Glühbirnen durch Kompakt-Leuchtstofflampen (ESL), sofern keine Sicherheitsvorschriften dagegensprechen.
Optimierung der Betriebszeiten der vorhandenen Regelungstechnik, sofern diese erhalten bleibt. Verzicht auf Beheizung des Schulgebäudes in den Ferien.
Nachdämmen der lückenhaft gedämmten Wärmeverteilung und Armaturen, vor allem im unbeheizten Kellergeschoss.
Ersatz der Fenster und Eingangstüren durch Holzrahmenfenster mit Wärmeschutzverglasung, so dass U max. 1,7 W/m²K. Reduzierung der Lüftungswärmeverluste aufgrund der bestehenden Undichtigkeiten als wichtiges Optimierungspotential.
Vollwärmeschutz der Außenfassaden durch Wärmedämmverbundsystem, so dass U max. 0,35 W/m²K. Eine Instandsetzung ist aufgrund des schlechten optischen Erscheinungsbildes notwendig.
Unterseitige Dämmung der Decke über unbeheiztem Keller, so dass U max. 0,40 W/m²K.
