Slide 7 eLearning on Sandagogy Teacher training on new techniques via the Sandagogy website Slide 8 The Padagogy Wheel Slide 9 Proposed phases Current phase : student, teacher and parent involvement Parents working group to validate goals and pose questions Teachers working group on developing teaching strategies (all teaching staff being given iPad minis) Appointment of Student Digital Leaders : review AUP, find apps, train staff and other students Phase 1 : pilot with year 7 (into 8) Parents offered buy-in to lease scheme or insurance via online portal, open from 12 th May to 8 th June. Devices delivered to school in early July last two weeks of teaching in July are pilot to test infrastructure and new teaching strategies Phase 2 : offer discounted / leased laptops to year 12 in Sept 2014 Phase 3 : year 7s brought into scheme Dec 2014, other year groups subsequently Slide 10 Risk assessment Any change carries risk, need to develop plans to manage the most likely or impactful risks.
