What is sandpaper?

Sandpaper is paper that

has an abrasive material

stuck to it and it’s used to

smooth or polish

surfaces, like wood.

What is grit?

The grit on sandpaper

refers to the size of the

abrasive material that is

stuck to it. The lower the

number of the sandpaper

grit, the coarser the grit

grade will be.
