Responsible for management and oversight of multiple corporate clients
Hosting VIP guests in corporate hospitality luxury suites
called Skyboxes or Chalets
Responsible for breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and bar/beverage service coordination
Interact with clients, servers, bartenders, and the culinary team
to ensure a flawless guest experience
Manage a staff of 10 or more Pebble Beach and temporary employees
Responsible for providing Food & Beverage to the daily spectators on all three courses
Managing a staff (up to 40 staff per tent) of workers
(cashiers, servers, runners, prep, cooks and volunteers)
Set-up and detailed organization of on-course food facilities
Responsible for inventory management and re-ordering
Providing efficient and friendly guest service to ensure a flawless guest experience
This opportunity is part of the
Special Event Management Class
and if selected, students will need to enroll in
HSPM 97B for the Spring 2016 semester (3 units).
Students will be required to have California food safety certification by January 23, 2016.
In order to be considered for the team, candidates must be available for the following mandatory training dates:

Event Week February 8-14, 2016 All Week Saturday March 5, 2016 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Students will be required to stay in Monterey February 8 – 14 , 2016
*Room and board will be provided*
Students will return to San Jose on Monday afternoon, February 15, 2016
