Top producing Realtor who is expanding their team in need of an office transaction coordinator/office manager with at least 8+ years of prior Real Estate experience. This experience must include a thorough understanding of real estate contracts including Listing Agreements, offers and handling an escrow from beginning to close. Must have an active CA Real Estate License. This position is for someone who is committed to handling the duties of an expanding team and not interested in transitioning into an agent role.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Create Structure: You will play an integral part in continuing to build the business. You will improve, create, and implement systems and will ensure that all systems and processes run efficiently across all platforms for team.

Manage Deal Flow: This includes preparing materials for Listing Appointments, running comps, vendor coordination, assisting with transaction coordination and most importantly overseeing the Contract to Close process. You will draft offers with the highest level of thoroughness.

Marketing: Communicating effectively with our marketing coordinator about timelines, marketing materials and workflow throughout the course of the listing.

Support: Answer incoming calls during business hours, taking appointments for showings, calendar management, and email correspondence with vendors and agents, attending office weekly meetings, onboarding new team members and updating buyer/seller/property lists. Communicate with clientele contract to close.

QUALITIES NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION:

Communication: You communicate effectively in writing; whether you are writing an Offer on a property or composing a letter, you know how to craft a message that gets your point across.

TechSavvy: You have a strong computer skill set and are proficient in Word, Excel, Zipforms, The MLS, Docusign, Dropbox, Contactually (CRM Management). Now necessary but a plus if you are well versed in all social media platforms.

Professionalism: You operate with a high level of professionalism and present yourself as such. Attention to detail. You proofread carefully and efficiently before submitting for approval.

Organization: You pay attention to the smallest detail and are able to juggle multiple projects. You are able to work under limited supervision, taking the initiative when necessary.

Salary: You earn a competitive salary with a base of $75,000 to start plus bonus structure TBD.

Hours: Full time, Monday- Friday 9:00am-6:00pm; flexibility on nights and weekends from home.
