JOKE OF THE MONTH

AS SCHOOL ACTIVITIES GET BUSIER THIS MONTH, IT’S EVEN MORE IMPORTANT

TO FUEL YOUR BODY!

Bring your child to school early for FREE breakfast and encourage them to eat lunch

at school every day, choosing both fruit AND vegetables when they go through the line.

Q: What did the Kiwi say to his girlfriend?

Answer at the bottom!

ANSWER: You hold the kiwi to my heart.

KIWIThis fuzzy fruit is sweet and tangy and fun to eat! Kiwi

are also a good source of vitamin c, antioxidans, fiber, and potassium.

Kiwis might look intimaditing to eat, but here a tip to make eating this delicoius fruit a little easier.

Cut the kiwing in half, as pictured above, then use a sppon to scoop out fruit by placing the spoon between

the flesh and the skin the going around the fruit until the flesh easily comes out.
