Extremely Unique Products

The Caseless Projectile Family is a self-contained projectile requiring no cartridge case, yet requires specialized Launch Systems specifically designed to fire these electronically actuated projectiles. The ELP self-contained careless projectiles are true Case-Less projectiles because it all goes out the launch tube/barrel leaving nothing behind. Specifically designed for use in ultra high-speed electronically controlled and actuated sentry systems. In 2015 two longer/larger sizes were developed in .224 and .25: In 2016 the ELP Caseless Projectiles will be OEM’ed in a long profile 30-caliber version, then a personalized launching mechanism as

part of the new SBD Armed (I.E.D.S.) product family.

In Late-2014 the .338 ELP Self Igniting Plasma Projectiles (SIPP™) were developed in a joint venture with one of the world’s largest metallurgical companies in Asia who had already developed a 30mm version, and the ELP Engineering division of Synergy Business Development Int. was tasked to develop a rifled version of the projectile.

SBD would release the first ELP laminated plasma projectile for agency testing in 2015. The outer ring is the highest concentration of Ferrocerium material vulcanized to a Magnesium sub-straight over a dense Thermite body with a hollow center core of pure Magnesium. This laminated Self Igniting Plasma Projectile (SIPP™) transitions to a 2500 C. molten plasma projectile even at high-velocities. Depending on distance this projectile creates un- paralleled results on impact. The profile is engineered to allow for both hi-speed applications, when the point is placed forward in the launch cartridge; and ultra-slow and extremely quiet applications, when the point is placed backwards

The hollow core of Magnesium also acts as a second ignition method using material similar to silver-sparklers. Also, this micro-hollow core design almost eliminates the in-flight sound cone effect. In 2016 this SIPP™ rifle projectile would also be released for special application’s testing in .338 Lapua, 7.62 Nato, .308, 30-06 and the 300 Blackout cartridges for non-civilian clients.

The 12-Gauge version of the SIPP™ was also created after recognizing the unique effect activated plasma has on any ‘Frozen’ or ice based material’. The SIPP™ projectile has become one of the preferred solutions for clearing avalanches around the world, in addition to unique similar snow and/or frozen H2O based application’s.

2015 The ELP division of Synergy Business Development Intl. (SBD) would publish a NEWS Release introducing a civilian version of ELP projectiles with TrackerSync™ into the U.S. civilian ‘hunter markets’. The first TrackerSync™ systems was released in a 180gr. Round Nose .308, and a 275gr .338 projectile. The TrackerSync™ is a projectile with a specific signal that can be transferred to GPS capable smart phones using a simple application available from Synergy Business Development, International. The ELP TrackerSync™ is supported by most Popular Devices Worldwide and several of the latest lap-top and note-book Operating Systems.

Once the TrackerSync™ projectile ID is transferred, with the Projectile single automatically activated on impact; so, the app will reflect both your Smart Phone location, and the projectile’s location on your Smart Phone GPS mapping screen. The TrackerSync™ signal distance is up to One-Quarter-Mile (1/4 Mile), depending on terrain. The TrackerSync™ signal transmits for Twelve (12) to Twenty Three (23) minutes depending on the caliber of the projectile. Projectile family calibers will also include .30, .338, .44. 45 and .500.

2019 SAMS would enlist experts in Magnetic Fields from around the world and ask these questions: How magnetic fields affect different materials, even the Earth’s Gravity’s effect on a projectile. The SAMS Skunkworks Teams are in the process of verifying what Magnetic field innovations will exceed known projectile velocities;

completely change flight distances and projectile trajectory in ways that are creating new paradigms for this industry. The first family of the new ‘Maga-Core™’ is planned for release in June 2019.

The 12-Gauge Chemically Activated Projectile™ (C.A.P.) was originally developed in 1987 to deliver small explosive at long distances using commercial small arms. Although several fillings options are available, when the capsule is filled with one of the Thermite based material it solves several issues due to the reaction to temperatures in excess of 2,000 C, or 4,100 F. in a molten plasma form. Plasma projectiles are classified waterproof once activated; from Sharks and Gaiter Getters to Predator snow cave penetration.

More recent innovations for 2019 have made completely different applications possible, for example: When the capsule is filled with a fine Neodymium Magnetic powder, or fine iron filings, the resulting cloud is quickly attracted to all near proximity magnetic based motors. This cloud moves to any electrical motors and iron based materials faster than most moving objects. A direct hit is not required, the target only has to pass through, or be near the cloud. can be set to detonate at a pre-determined altitude/time or on contact
