Pre-Drill Water Supply Sampling
The primary objective of the MSC Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP) is to
standardize and provide consistency for the collection of water quality data from
ground and surface water locations sampled by qualified and experienced
environmental samplers on behalf of oil and gas operators.

• 3,000’ buffer for notification around unconventional oil and gas wells.
• Sampling required to 2,500’ to satisfy presumptive liability around unconventional oil and gas wells.

they have refused to have samples collected.• State Regulatory Agency may need notification of
