2. This letter will act as our offer of employment as Staff Nurse with our Clinic, effective 1 December 2012. Your starting salary will be RM1200.00 per month. This position reports to Dr. XXXX . Your working hours will be from 9.00 a.m until 6.00 pm and from Monday to Saturday. This is a permanent position. You also will be offered full participation in our employee benefit program.
2.1 Benefits Information if relevant to the position:

Promotion of Employment : Base on Performance Appraisal ( Every year )
2.2 Characteristic Job Tasks And Responsibilities, may include any and/or all of the following:
-Ensures efficient and coordinated clinic flow by coordinating and planning clinic activities; communicates patient’s needs; makes referrals;
-Delivers direct patient care; assesses patients physical, psychosocial and/or emotional needs; provides patient and family teaching; triages patients and informs physician of patient status; responds to phone messages from patients and informs physicians as needed; orders supplies; stocks and maintains patient’s rooms; sterilizes instruments.
-Administers medications as assigned; serves as a resource person for knowledge of medication uses, side effects, and dosage; checks for proper medication order; documents medications and obtains required consent forms to administer immunizations
-Performs other duties as assigned.
