For Academic Year 2008 Students(Please refer On Demand Online Examination Instructions)

Online Examination:Online Examinations will be conducted from 1st to 27th of everymonth (result of the same will be declared officially on 10 th of the nextmonth).

Exam Fee Payment : Online Payment: Students can pay exam fees Online using

Debit/Credit Card.

Demand Draft: Students can send/submit exam form along withDemand Draft (of applicable exam fees) to SCDL, Pune.

Cash Payment: Students can pay exam fees in Cash at SCDLCash Counter Pune, along with the exam form.

Exam Slot Booking: Exam slot booking is available on First-Come-

First-Serve basis.

Online Payment of exam fees: (Online Payment facility will beavailable w.e.f. 4th May 2011)

1. Online transactions will be approved by SCDL within 2 workingdays (from the date of online payment is done)

2. Only After approval done by SCDL, students can proceed forExam Slot Booking.

3. Student can schedule the exam with a gap ofone day afterthe online payment is approved by SCDL. For e.g. If studenthas paid exam fees Online using the Debit/Credit Card on 1 st

April, SCDL will approve the transactions on 2nd April. Once theapproval is done, the student can proceed for exam slot bookingon 2nd April and can schedule exam/s for 4th April. However,student can schedule exam/s for available dates, on orbefore 27th of same month and next month also.

4. If student does not schedule exam/s in the same month of examfee payment done online or exam fees paid by DD/Cash and

exam form got processed in the system, the exams can also bescheduled for 1st to 27th of next month.

5. In case, student does not schedule the exam/s in same month ofexam fees paid, exam scheduling access will be available in thenext month, also. Student can schedule exam/s for the availabledates of same month (please refer point No. 3 above) & for 1st to27th of next month also. (To schedule exam/s in current monthand next month - the exam slot booking validity will remainbetween 1st up to 29th of current and next mont h - on the

basis of exam fee payment and exam form processing inthe system)

If student does not schedule exam/s within the slot booking validity,are liable to re-

pay exam fees to re-appear the subject/s. (Please refer Point No.5 above)

6. Students who wish to appear for exam in the same month i.e. onor before 27th, the last date to pay exam fees online is 24th ofsame month and the exam scheduling has to be done on25th of same month (after approval is done by SCDL Please refer point no. 3 mentioned above) to scheduleexam on 27th .

7. For the exam fees paid online or by DD/Cash, from 25th till 28thof any month, the exam/s can be schedule for 1st to 27th ofnext month.

8. The slot booking will be available till 29th of every month, upto 6.00 p.m.

9. The slot booking will not be available on 30th/31st of anymonth.

Payment of exam fees through Demand Draft / Cash :

1. Exam forms along with exam fees received at SCDL will beprocessed within next 4-5 working days and exam slot bookingwill be released, thereafter.

2. Student can schedule the exam with a gap ofone day afterthe exam form is processed by SCDL. For e.g. If student haspaid exam fees by DD/Cash on 1st April, SCDL will process theform on 2nd April and student can proceed for exam slot bookingon 3rd April to schedule exam/s for 5th April. However, student

can schedule exam/s for available dates, on or before 27

th

of same month and next month also.

3. If student does not schedule exam/s in the same month of examfees paid by DD/Cash and exam form got processed in thesystem, the exams can also be scheduled for 1st to 27th of nextmonth.

4. Student who wish to appear for exam/s on 27th of same month,must ensure that duly filled exam form along with applicableexam fees by DD/Cash is received at SCDL on / before 24th ( up

to 4.30 p.m. only) of same month and must complete the examscheduling activity on 25th of same month , to schedule exam on27th.

5. Student whose exam form is received & processed by SCDLfrom 25th till 28th of any month, the exam/s can beschedule for 1st to 27th of next month only and can not beschedule for same month.

6. In case, student does not schedule the exam/s in same month ofexam fees paid, exam scheduling access will be available in thenext month, also. Student can schedule exam/s for the availabledates of same month (please refer point No. 3 above) & for 1st to27th of next month also. (To schedule exam/s in current monthand next month - the exam slot booking validity will remainbetween 1st up to 29th of current and next mont h - on thebasis of exam fee payment and exam form processing inthe system)

If student does not schedule exam/s within the slot bookingvalidity, are liable to

repay exam fees to re-appear the subject/s. (Please referpoint no. 6 above)

Exam Fees are non transferable and non- refundable.

The slot booking will be available up to 29th of every month,till 6.00 p.m., only.

The slot booking will not be available on 30th/31st of anymonth

Important Note: Those students who have paid full fees andhave confirmed admission status are allowed to appear for theonline examination.
