Anime is animation in Japan and considered to be "Japanese animation" in the rest of the world.

Anime has been dated from 1917 and is still very popular in Japan.

Anime began at the start of the 20th century, when Japanese filmmakers experimented with the animation techniques that were being explored in France, Germany, the United States, and Russia. The oldest known anime in existence was screened in 1917.

Japanime is still used in the United States and Japan because it refers to the United States as if they have Anime.

The Japanese term otaku is used in America as a term for anime fans, more particularly the obsessive ones.

An Anime convention is a sort of festival that occurs in big cities, such as Los Angeles and Seattle, that let’s otaku’s get together and talk about anime.

They also hold Anime Music Video contests and cosplay contests there.

It is also where you can buy more Anime DVD’s and clothing.

A cosplayer is an Otaku, or anime obsessed person, who dresses as an anime character to express their feelings towards anime and how much they love it.

• Hayao Miyazaki is proclaimed “The Walt Disney of Japan” because he is compared to Walt Disney in the United States. He is probably the most popular anime artist.

• He is most recognized by his two Anime movies, Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke.
