The Idea behind the project was to fulfill the need for an entertainment centre in an existing police campus. The facade was designed to maintain the cultural design in the campus.

The administration building is part of the first phase of the Khalifa University campus. The campus is com-prised of 5 main buildings; an administration build-ing, library, and 3 buildings for lectures and labs.
