Mobile Features Increase Productivity with Rich Text Meeting Notes (Beta) Create notes by tapping in the action bar. Add bulleted and numbered lists to notes using
the icons (1) in the Notes toolbar. Relate notes to other records by tapping Relate Records(2).
Convert Leads to Contacts (Generally Available) Sales representatives on the go can convert
qualified leads to contacts, as well as create accounts
and opportunities. 1. Customize > Leads > Settings 2. Select the option to enable conversions on the Salesforce1
app.

Mobile Features (contd) Receive In-App Notifications about Posts to Groups Group notifications indicate the name of the colleague who posted and the group
posted to. If multiple people post to a group in the same day, each new notification reflects the
total number of posts so far. To make group notifications available to your users, Salesforce1 in-app notifications
must be turned on. From Setup in the full Salesforce site, click Salesforce1 Setup > Notification Options.
Create Tasks from Notes with a Swipe (Beta) Swipe any line, bulleted item, or numbered item in the note. Tap a line or highlight some text, and then tap in the toolbar. Users can click in the related records area to view related tasks and mark those tasks
complete. Users can also work with these tasks from their task list.

Chatter Enable Feed Post Editing in Custom Profiles Feed post editing is disabled on all custom profiles. Modify your custom profiles to
enable the feature for your users. From Setup, click Manage Users > Profiles. Click the custom profile for which you want to enable feed post editing.
Connect to Content in Google Drive With Files Connect, Salesforce users can access and share content from Google’s
popular cloud-based system.
Reveal External Data Sources to Specific Users From Setup, click Manage Users > Permission Sets or Manage Users > Profiles.

’15 release. See Who Has Received Thanks Badges . Use more features for Thanks, Rewards, and Skills, including customizable field sets and
validation rules. Add a Chatter Feed to Thanks Badges, User Skills, and Endorsements
Data.com Prospecting Insights are available only for records that were imported from, or cleaned by,
Data.com. From Setup, click Customize > Accounts > Page Layouts From the list of page layouts, click Edit next to the layouts your Data.com Prospector reps
use.

or Email Connect (Beta). When users are installing Salesforce for Outlook v2.8,
they’re asked to choose to install it for themselves
or for everyone logging in to that computer. Users upgrading from a previous version of Salesforce for Outlook could be
alerted to uninstall the previous version before continuing with the upgrade.
