POSITION: Officer - SalesThe position is that of a frontline sales staff who would primarily be responsible for building strengths for Asian Paints in defined geography through creation, nurturing & management of Dealer Network through focus on Products, Services and Stakeholders comprising of Contractors and end Consumers and thereby, achieving overall business objectives. Areas of operation will include: Dealer Management o Assisting dealers in achieving overall sales target through regular discussions and training support such as in-shop selling, shop meets etc. o Solving dealer queries and issues and providing all relevant information to dealer network such as on schemes, influencer activity, dealer accounts etc. for proper business conduct o Ensuring availability of material, services and promotional tools to the dealer through co-ordination with other stakeholders Market Development and Intelligence o Exploring and opening new dealer counters to expand the overall sustainable sale potential in the territorial market o Being informed of and analyzing the initiatives and schemes run by our competitors for various stakeholders like dealers, contractors etc. Service Delivery o Ensuring overall customer satisfaction through interaction with consumers to understand gaps in service and resolve issues & complaints if any, within benchmark timelines o Ensuring market presence and making site visits as and when required Contractor Management o Maintaining and updating the contractor database in each geography through proper documentation and statutory compliance o Identifying training needs for the contractors and organizing their training Reporting and coordination with various stakeholders o Analysing data and keeping track of key parameters to enhance effectiveness o Generating reports such as Daily visit reports, Unit monitoring report, lost sites and other relevant competition info o Co-ordinating with other verticals of Asian Paints for lead sharing, any site specific support or any other issue Job Specifications Role involves visiting customer sites and extensive travelling on two wheeler and public transport Applicant should be mobile pan India as the said role is transferrable in nature Proficiency with MS Office, in particular MS Excel is mandatory Applicant should possess sound verbal and written communication skills

Job Specifications

Role involves visiting customer sites and extensive travelling on two wheeler and

Applicant should be mobile pan India as the said role is transferrable in nature

Applicant Profile:

1. Academics

Applicant must possess a Graduate Degree in any stream

(BA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS)

Applicant should have scored a minimum of 50% marks in Graduation, 12th and

10th.

Graduation must be through a full time, regular day course.

MBA would be preferred.

Applicants with an Engineering background (B. Tech/B.E./Diploma/B.Pharma) will

not be considered.

Applicants with a diploma but no graduation degree will not be considered.

2. Personal Profile

Age: Less than 26years.

Languages: Knowledge of English and regional language.

Work Experience: Not mandatory.

Nationality: Applicants should be an Indian Citizen or hold relevant residence status.

Remuneration:

Monthly Gross Pre Statutory

Deductions and Taxation (Approx)

CTC (Approx)

During Probation Rs. 23000/-

Post Confirmation Rs. 35000/- Rs. 4.60 – 4.80 lacs p.a.

Selection Process:

The selection process will comprise the following rounds -

Written aptitude test

Personal Interview – Round 1

Personal Interview – Final Round

Each of the above mentioned rounds is a qualifying round and only the shortlisted candidates

will be forwarded to the next round.

A Group Discussion will be conducted as an intermediary step if the number of qualifiers in

the aptitude test exceeds ten.
