The company Riviera was founded in 1923 by the then company owner Robert

Schrenk and is still in family ownership today.

For three generations Holzhacker has been involved with the manufacturing of high

quality natural cosmetics under the internationally known brand name “Holzhacker”.

The traditional enterprise continues to follow the characteristic basic principle of

Robert Schrenk, only to manufacture products of the highest standard of quality.

Constant quality controls and innovative product research are the norm. This quality,

often unattained by other firms, is the reason for the company’s worldwide success.

It is our duty towards our customers, to act according to the same principle in future

and we guaranty the highest quality of our products even when we extend our

product range.

Riviera, a family business sinee 1923, developed quickly from a one-man operation to a leading production company in the pharmacy and cosmetics sector: For three generations, Rivieras traditional brands have stood for the highest quality, since 2007 Riviera's new site in Tulln on the Danube River has provided the most modern facilities for research, development and production Riviera also offers the same high expectations that it demands for its own products, to innovative businesses interested in partnering in development and production. Production, filflng, storage of raw materials, and lavatories are integrated in a specia//y designed clean room assembly, offering a work atmosphere with hygiene standards in accordanee with Good Manufaeturing Practice (GMP). The most modern production and filling units with automatic process directed production sequences are a trademark of the highest quality expectations. Microbiological quality contral takes place in our in-house production GMP-compliant laboratory.

Made from an Age-old Recipe!

Holzhacker Franzbranntwein, which is made from an age-old recipe, contains camphor,

menthol, extracts from the arnica plant and pine needle oil as well as pure alcohol and

genuine distilled wine sediment.

Holzhacker Franzbranntwein

A household remedy to be gargled and / or rubbed into the skin. Best used for muscle

cramps, thigtness, tiredness and exhaustion.

Household remedy manufactured according to ancient recipes for gargling and rubbing.

Holzhacker mountain pine alcoholic liniment is also refined with mountain pine spirit

and Rosemary oil. It's most suitable for muscle strain, tension, tiredness and

Original Sweden Bitter from RIVIERA

Original Sweden Bitter made from selected herbs, following an

old recipe, is a product of quality, god for increasing general

wellbeing. The bitters taken from the wormwood herb

(Vermouth), and the Gentian root, not only produce the typical

taste, but are also appetite stimulants as well as refreshing and

agreeable after fatty meals or the feeling of satiety. A variety of

Lotions & Creme

Stag Talc Cream Stag talc cream with Marigold and Rose of Sharon. Talc was already used in ancient cultures for the production of protective skin ointments and soaps. Wound Protection Ointment

Holzhacker wound ointment is a vitamin rich ointment and contains natural substances.
