SEARCH CRITERIA
While geographic and
other criteria are not
required to do a search
here, it may be of value for
you to narrow your criteria
so that your search results
will include only that detail
that is important to you.
To target a specific
location, type in an
address or geography in
the Location bar or use
one of the Filters here.

SEARCH CRITERIA
In this top section, you can
enter specific property
criteria including property
type and secondary type
(i.e. Industrial, Warehouse).
As you enter or remove
criteria, the count of
records will change here.
Choose to search for
properties that have sold,
are currently for sale, those
that are currently under
contract/pending or some
combination. Blue pins on
the map are properties that
have “sold” and red pins are
those that have not yet sold.

the transactions in the
result list. Multiple
conditions can be chosen.
Each of these tabs contain unique content
that can be entered to narrow the results.
When all criteria is
entered, click the “View

one just under the count.
