Introduction
• Tea is an aromatic beverage commonly prepared by pouring hot or boiling water over cured leaves of the Camellia sinensis, an evergreen shrub native to Asia
• The tea industry is one of the oldest organized firm sectors with a large network of tea producers, retailers, distributors, auctioneers, exporters and employers

Objective
• The objective of the project is an attempt to know the supply, distribution and sales management of tea from tea estates of Dibrugarh

Methodology
• Based on the schedules prepared to know about the various practices followed by tea manufacturers in Dibrugarh. Tea garden managers, tea store owners, salesman, retailers have been interviewed based on the schedule prepared
