The high‐speed PLC controlling system can adjust parameters, check automatically, do unit testing and monitor the operating process.

Bottle‐holding filling funnel is adopted in this machine. When the vessel fixes its position, it will hold the mouth accurately so as to avoid the tablets slipping put of the bottle when filling.

In changing the vessels into different heights, users may only need to press the”operation platform up/down” button on the interface. It’s convenient and easy.

Bottle block performing mechanism

As soon as the photoelectric sensors receive the signal, the rail closes or opens according to the PLC programming and makes the bottles in the right position.

It is easy for the bottle block mechanism to adjust itself right and left, back and forth, up and down according to the vessel size.

If automatically remove the in‐side‐out caps to avoid affecting the normal operates.

Bottle Unscrambler LP Series Information LP Series Automatic Bottle Unscrambler is one part of the bottling‐producing line. It can scramble the bottles while the turn table is turning, inputting these bottles in the producing line in order. Whether the bottles are going smoothly of blocked, the sensors will give fine control upon the turn‐table. For different sizes of bottles, the turn table and the bottle conveying channels are replaced to others.
