PRAYER REQUESTS Please pray for the deceased of the parish, especially Jose Terceira.May their souls and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Please remember in your Masses and prayers, the sick whose names have been placed before our altar this week. If possible, try to participate in one of our Masses to join fellow worshipers in praying for them.
Church Parking! What a hassle! Now that the Season is upon us, church parking at some of the masses can be challenging. Please read the following:
• Please only park in designated parking spaces, even if you have a handicapped plate or sign.
• If walking is not an issue for you, park away from the church and let those with mobility issues have the closer spaces.
• Please do not park in the Methodist church parking lot. Those spaces are for their members and they asked us to respect their people.
• If you are late, and the lot is full, you can park on the grass along the road. Be sure your car is completely off the road. You can be ticketed if it is not.
• You may also park in the parish office/friary parking lot. There are about 25 spaces over there.
• Come early and you won’t have any of the issues mentioned above!
Thanks for your cooperation. Fr. Mark

Saint Lucie, Patron Saint The annual novena in honor of our parish patroness, Saint Lucie, which begins Monday, December 5th, ends on her feast day, Tuesday, December 13th. Please pray her prayer each day of the novena. A special blessing with her relic will be given at each Mass
celebrated in our church during the days of prayer to her. Saint Lucie is the patron saint of persons with eye ailments.
Saint Lucie Prayer O God, our Creator and Redeemer, mercifully hear our prayers, as we venerate your servant, Saint Lucie, for the light of faith you bestowed upon her. Increase and preserve this same light also in our souls, that we may be able to avoid evil, to do good and abhor nothing so much as the blindness and darkness of evil and sin.
Relying on your goodness, O God, we humbly ask you by the intercession of your servant, Saint Lucie, to give perfect vision to our eyes, that they may serve for your greater honor and glory, for our salvation and that of others, and that we may come to the enjoyment of the unfailing light of the Lamb of God in paradise. Saint Lucie, virgin and martyr, hear our prayers and obtain our petitions. Amen.

Servicio de Penitencia en Comunidad Sábado 17 de Diciembre
2:00 PM a 3:30 PM - Confesiones
