Case Study Ford Dearborn Truck

March 4, 2007 Ian C. Scarth SailRail Automated Systems 6-3200 14th Avenue Markham ON L3R 0H8 Subject: Letter of Reference – SailRail Automated Systems Inc. Ian: This will confirm that SailRail Automated Systems has eleven side by side rack Indexers operating here at the Dearborn Stamping Plant since December 2002. These Indexers are in operation on our P221 (8) door assembly lines and (1) hood assembly line. We have found this equipment to be functionally reliable and robust. Over the last (5) Years that this equipment has been operating at Dearborn Stamping there have been very few issues with this machinery and a minimum amount of maintenance. I would not hesitate to recommend SailRail as a supplier of similar equipment. It is worth noting that it is our intention to put these Indexers back into service for a Second program – P415 Please contact the undersigned if you have any questions.
