MERIT : LO1 UNIT 1M3) Which Character in the movie you observed that needs improvement in his/her personality and how can develop the same ?

Ans : From movie as i personally onbserved two characters and both of them are seems to be same one is Shashis’s daughter Sapna and second one husband Satish . They always rtake her for granted, mock her poor english skills and generally treat her with disrespect, making Shashi feels negative and insecure. They used to stay in mental blocks that we can say with growing body & stagnant mind. For such personalities an open mind as a growing psychology creates amazing personality changes 7 recognition, growth.

MERIT : LO2 UNIT 1 M2) Talk about the better time

management in the movie what sort of time management skills He/She was opting .

Ans : As io observesd, from movie i guess shashi seems to be a great time manager ,when she used to leave in India, there was only an aspect for her within her forhead, that she only born to make ‘LADOOS’.

Page 11: Sagar

But when she moved to UNITED STATES OF AMERICA for an marriage ceremoney ,and in such tough case she manages time to attend her daily english classes. We can say that if anyone stay focused on the goal and get your prorities right then sky is the only limit.

Page 13: Sagar

On every aspect, or in any situation she used to help Shashi, she motivates her for giving exam.

At last how cleverly Radha invites her friends for marraige and there only she (SHASHI) proves herself.

MERIT: LO4 UNIT 1 2) What sort of Ego States you observed in the movie. (M2)

Ego States: Within each human being are several human beings existing at the same time depending upon how the person is behaving at any given moment.

Ego states relates purely to behavioral age , unrelated to chronological age, can change several times during transactions, guide human behavior, cause victory or defeat.

Parental Ego state: - Authoritative, caring, controlling, advisory and some time bossy.Example:-As Coach he has the abilities to control the team.

Adult Ego State:- Care, concern ,respect ,responsibility and maturity

Page 15: Sagar

I’ve seen this sort of ego last but most important lesson, when the immigration officer ask ‘BIG B’whats her purpose of coming to UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, he quips to spend some dollars so that some level of poverty be mitigated, indeed we should not sulk about our country butbe proud that it has achieved so much in spite of so many pifalls.

confidence, which again motivates us to achieve best

in future.

SET GOALS,ACHIVE GOALS: The people with

strong goals automatically decides what to do and

when. It will help us to select the work which is

important and which is not.

Page 21: Sagar

USE WASTED TIME: Check on what else you can do while

commuting and waiting. Carrying books may help you. When you

delegate, get time commitment. Make associations with friends who

are productive rather than those who indulge in “Time pass”

activities.

with you at all times.

passionately as passion is contagious.

A good leader must have a goal to work. Somebody said that action speaks

louder than words. So action is the mark of the leader with humility recognize
