Step 1• Identify what you don't want (No injuries-Loose Productivity)

Step 2• Identify what you do want (prioritize your list-eliminate hazards-quality of

the job)

• Get clear about what you are trying to accomplish (The better your understanding of the jobs that need to be done, the better the results you will achieve)

• Get a clear vision of what your safe work environment looks like (Don't assume you know everything-Communicate-Make sure every one has the same vision)

Step 5• Let go (Don’t forget to 1.Make your colleagues know through your

workplace better than when you start)
