Rob Shore is a Safety Coach and Consultant

helping organisations develop their leadership

teams and safety professionals. Prior to that,

over a 18 year period he worked in operational

and safety positions with a global organisation

covering mining, manufacturing and

construction.

Rob has been an active Chartered Member of

IOSH for a number of years. He is a qualified

Executive Coach and Leadership mentor with

ILM and a Master/ Master Coach in Neuro-

Linguistic Programming (NLP) .

Since 2011 Safety Coaching has assisted a number

of global organisations significantly enhance their

safety performance through our unique coaching

approach to safety improvement.
