Solutioning Tower Help Solutioning team in preparing response to RFP. Plan hiring/fulfillment strategy during the oral stage, Identifying skills required for

present and upcoming needs. Identify gaps in terms of skill fitment and arrange for necessary steps to have the right

mix of skills required for project needs through various channels.

Competency Tower: Assisting the competency team in identifying upcoming skills required for delivery

needs. Arrange various training programs from Fresher’s till laterals, up skilling of employees,

arrange certification programs to maintain a head count on certified candidates as per allocated budget.

Identify key positions and high potential employees and review individual potential against position requirements/skills.

Account Management: Responsible for Managing and Building accounts on T&M mode which has team of 100

plus employees at present across 15 projects Forecasted sales numbers and top-line revenues for budget planning and business

planning for the organization.

Recruitment Work with delivery managers, sales and account management team to ensure right skill

sets are available to cater to the business needs. Working closely with different BU Heads to understand resource challenge, planned

strategies to recruit professionals through various channels. Manage recruiting costs effectively. Maintaining SLA with the Delivery team for the entire Recruitment Lifecycle. Handled Various Business Units, planning capacity needs with project heads ensuring

timely resource optimization.

Sourcing Managed sourcing unit for Microsoft and Infrastructure technologies. Hired more than 700 people in year 2011 , highest number of Joiners in a calendar year

Vendor Management: Played a key role in handling the Vendor Management Process End to End which

includes Vendor identification, development & management and monitoring them on SLAs. Responsible for increasing the productivity of Channel Partners as a source for recruitment. Implemented various process improvements for Partner Empanelment/Evaluation/Feedback etc. including publishing Performance dashboards.

Managed staffing needs for different BU’s by identifying technology wise vendors to support external and internal hiring.
