PROFFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:

Working as a consultant for small scale solar roof top project companies since Dec 2015. Installed and commissioned various solar roof top projects in Mathura, UP ranging from 1 KW to 10 KW. Working on a 50 KW solar PV project for a Metal Industry in Mathura, UP. Working on a cost efficient project in the field of irrigation for solar water pumping system in villages where grid electricity is not

available.

INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE:

1. Sr. Manager (Power Projects), Shri Siddhi Enertech Ltd. (Nov 2014- Dec 2015), Ahmedabad Worked as a project office in charge in a start up venture of Sakariya Group for a thermal power project of capacity 1320 MW. Was Executing a thermal power project of capacity 2*660MW worth $1.2 billion In Rajasthan, India. Prepared a draft techno commercial feasibility report for three sites in Rajasthan covering all aspects of a power project. Preparation and analysis of project report for a power project. Study and analysis of RFP and RFQ documents for power projects and possess good working knowledge of competitive bidding, solar

parks and very well acquainted with techno commercial aspects of grid connected solar power projects. Evaluation of technical aspects covering mechanical, electrical, C&I design and layout. Identification and selection of land for power projects. Liasoning with various government and non- government agencies. Selection of consultants and third party agencies for various project related activities.

2. Deputy Manager (Ash Handling system), Essar Power Ltd.(Nov2012-Nov 2014), Jamnagar Worked as operation shift In charge handling shifts of 2*600 MW Ash Handling system. Handled a team of contractor manpower including desk engineers, operation In charge , site Incharge during shifts and ensured

smooth running of the system. Conducted timely training sessions of the contractor manpower to improve their technical as well as safety related skills. Implemented standard operating procedures and equipment Lockout Tagout as per Industry Standards. Worked out plans to reduce time for bottom ash as well as fly ash evacuation thereby saving auxiliary consumption which helped to

reduce equipment running hours which ultimately resulted in low equipment maintenance cost as well as low power cost. Prepared a new format of log book and other operation related documents. Worked out smooth transition from Mc Nally Bharat to Kranti Engineering services and ensured zero system breakdowns during

transition. Coordination with main plant Shift In charge during shut down as well as unit start-up. Well versed with the operation of HCSD pump, bin vibrator, compressors, Pump house, blowers and other auxiliaries of Ash Handling

System. Full compliance with the Essar HSE Practices and ensured zero Loss Time Injury (LTI).

3. Assistant Manager(Control and Instrumentation), Essar Power Ltd.(Sep 2010- Nov2012), Jamnagar Familiar with sub critical and super critical systems of thermal power plant. Boiler/Turbine field Instruments erection, commissioning and maintenance work of 2*600MW thermal power plant unit. Calibration and maintenance of different control valves (Pneumatic and motorized), smart transmitters, temperature and pressure

element, level and flow instruments and loop testing of instrumentation. Preparation of comments on various P&ID’s, hook-up drawings, cable and tray layout, circuit wiring diagrams, PLC and DCS technical

specifications. Simulation and commissioning work of various electrical systems with DCS like MV/LV switchgear, Motors, fans etc. Worked on simulation, FBD logics and graphics of ABB DCS system. Worked as Control and Instrumentation shift maintenance In charge. Preparation and implementation of preventive and breakdown maintenance schedule. Lead a team of ten peoples during commissioning.

4. Engineer, Shri Nakoda Ispat Ltd.(Jun 2008-2009), Raipur Erection of 70 TPH CFBC boiler and commissioning of 12 MW steam turbine. Generating daily progress report for above mentioned projects. Handling Maintenance of 26 TPH WHRB and 6 MW steam turbine. Handling regular and annual maintenance of turbine, boiler and other auxiliaries of power house.
