1. Summary of Changes

Per our service versioning procedures, any API update and/or enhancement will result in a new API version being created. Therefore, it is imperative that client applications include the new API version number in their requests to take advantage of any new updates or enhancements. Previous API versions remain unchanged.

The correct format for sending in 2.x TPF Connector-based service versions is to specify the appropriate version number in the root element of the API’s request payload. Please note that there is not a default version number, and that a valid service number must be included with all requests. The exchange response has been enhanced to include additional transaction information. • Tax details will now be returned on all transactions. This information will include the original taxes, new taxes, and the exchange results of each (add collect or even). Previously, the only tax information include was the total tax between the exchange ticket and new ticket which did not provide enough information for those consuming the data to output necessary tax details.

• When exchanging CAT 35 fares where both a net and selling fare were filed, additional fare details about the net or selling fare (base, tax, and totals) will be added to the response. This will provide complete filed fare information for the both the net and selling fare levels. The response elements/attributes supporting the functionality are located within:

The capability allows TN agencies to ignore Fare Focus Business Rule filters applied to the PCC based upon fare data points. These Business Rules will allow the most desired fares to be returned in fare quote, shopping, pricing and ticketing results. The qualifier requires the EPR to have EPR keyword FFOCUS.

Each Sabre API SOAP service has a WSDL, schema, and design documents available on Sabre Dev Studio.

3.1.2. Supporting Documentation

Additional supporting documentation on Sabre Dev Studio includes Web service descriptions, sample request and response design XML documents, sample request and response payloads, as well as other service-specific documents.

When a new TPF Connector-based Web services release is deployed to certification or production, updated supporting documentation is also made available on Sabre Dev Studio.
