Position: QA/QC HVAC

Recently worked with Comfortline systems pvt ltd as HVAC QA/QC in Air-conditioning and Ventilation

Division from July 2012 to Feb 2015.

Company Profile:

Comfortline Systems pvt ltd is specialized in Air-conditioning consultancy and Chilled water system for

Commercial Application.

Duties And Responsibilities as QA/QC HVAC

Review and Verify Material and Equipment Technical Specifications (Mechanical), IFC Drawings

for HVAC and Plumbing and Bill of Quantity (BOQ).

Conduct Cool and Heat Load Calculation using Elite Software (CHVAC Commercial Loads) to

verify if the HVAC Units to be supplied can meet the required Cool/Heat Load for the Building.

Discuss, Request and Coordinate with different suppliers in regards with the required HVAC

materials.

Preparation and submission of HVAC Material Submittals to the Consultant for review and

approval.

Preparation and Procurement of Approved Materials/Equipments.

Constant follow up and coordination with the vendors/suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of

the purchased materials/equipments to the site.

Responsible for the control, receiving and checking of the Material/Equipment as per required

Quality, Quantity, Type & Condition.

Quality Assurance in the site layout and installation HVAC Equipments and Ductworks.

Ensures that the completed site work conforms to the technical specification, drawings, and

satisfy the functioning and safety guidelines.

Testing and Commissioning of HVAC Equipments and Control Systems.

Attend coordination meeting with clients, material suppliers and consultants.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Responsible for the coordination of all MEP activities (Mechanical, Electrical, Water, Plumbing,

Drainage and Fire Fighting) with their program schedule for proper flow of work on site which

concerns the structural and architectural services.

Responsible for compiling the drawings and coordinating the information from MEP

contractors.

Confirms the installation of all work within discipline is in accordance with the plans,

specifications, and industry standards.

Assists construction personnel with general technical details

2. DE SHAW, INC. PROJECT, SM Mall at hitech city

Duties and Responsibilities :

In-charge for the complete installation of Centralized Air Conditioning System including Chiller,

Pumps, Air Handling Units, Control System, Chilled Water Pipe and Fan Coil Units. (Package and

Split type)

Other operations include installation of Ventilation System of Fans, Blowers, Kitchen Exhaust

and Supply Duct as well as Toilet Exhaust Duct.

Includes installation of Gas Piping, Valves, Regulator (High and Low Pressure) and Solenoid

Valve.
