We have provided cost management services throughout the projectspan, starting from cost plan till the final accounting for this 8 lakh sft53 floors luxury residential tower. Advises on tender, claims and postcontract cost management were also part of our scope.

We are providing full cost management services including postcontract quantity surveying for the ICC1 and ICC2 towers, which are53 floors and 60 floors respectively. Total construction area of theproject is 22.6 lakh sft.
