BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. The United States shall illegalize all use of faith healing upon youth throughout the
country. This will allow punishment on adults that do not seek medical care for youth
who are in need of medical care just on a basis of religion.
SECTION 2. Faith Healing- Healing achieved by religious belief and prayer, rather than by medical
treatment. Youth- Anyone under
the age of 18, with the exception of emancipated minors.
SECTION 3. U.S. Department of Health & Human Services will oversee the enforcement of this bill
along with guidelines of punishments.
SECTION 4. This bill will become enacted on June 1, 2019.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

3 - A Bill to Change the Requirements of Schools in Order to Qualify for Federal Funding
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. A new federal requirement will be reinstated to change the requirements for high
schools to receive funding. This would change the benchmark from giving funding per
student enrolled, to requiring schools to have a school wide average GPA to 2.5.
SECTION 2. This bill will be enforced by the department of education
SECTION 3. This bill will not cause any fiscal impact. This bill is simply a reallocation of funding
already in the budget
SECTION 4. This bill will go into effect in the fiscal year of 2030

4 - A Bill to Eliminate Standardized College Admissions Exams and Create Individualized Exams
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. Standardized college admissions exams will be removed and replaced with an admission
exam for each individual post-secondary education establishment.
SECTION 2. Standardized college admissions exams are defined as any exam that has the exact same
bank of answers and is graded in the exact same manner and are used as a standard for
admission to a post-secondary education establishment. This includes exams such as the
SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, and LSAT. College is defined as any post-secondary establishment
that offers formal education.
SECTION 3. The department of education will oversee and enforce this legislation Go into further
details if necessary.
A. These post-secondary establishments will not be required to make an exam if they
do not wish to require one.
B. Scholarships previously awarded based on test scores will be awarded according to
GPA or scores received on the establishment’s individual test.
SECTION 4. This bill will be implemented on January 1, 2021, in order to allow the colleges a year to
write their admission exam if they desire one.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

5 - A Bill to Make Leaving A Child Unattended in A Car Illegal in All 50 States
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. It will be declared illegal to leave a child alone in a car, without adult supervision. The
parents will not be infringing on the law if a child over the age of 13 is present with the
child in question.
SECTION 2. Child: 5 Years of age or younger.
Unattended: Not supervised or looked after
SECTION 3. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration will oversee the implementation and
enforcement of this bill.
A. Officers and good Samaritans will be protected from legal damages if they are
required to break a car window to save a child’s life
SECTION 4. This bill will be implemented on the 1st of June 2021

6 - A Bill to Require Health Insurance Providers to Offer Free Birth Control
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. All government-owned health insurance programs will now offer their policyholders
complete financial coverage of contraceptive methods such as the male and female
condom, birth control medications, and others when attending a local clinic or hospital.
SECTION 2. Birth Control: the deliberate prevention of impregnation by any of various drugs,
techniques, or devices.
SECTION 3. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will oversee the enforcement of this bill
by working with the Department of the Treasury to monitor the insurance providers’
financial records.
A. Two million dollars will be distributed between each government-run insurance
provider to fund the distribution of contraceptives.
B. The Department of the Treasury will be responsible for the transfer and distribution
of funding for contraceptive resources and materials.
SECTION 4. This bill will go into effect at the beginning of the new fiscal year.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

7 - A Bill to Ban the Weaponizing of Teachers in Public Schools
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. Teachers and faculty occupying any public school will not be warranted to carry
registered firearms or weapons of any kind, with the exceptions of mace and tasers,
while on campus during or after school hours.
SECTION 2. Warranted: authorized, sanctioned, or justified.
Firearms: a weapon from which a shot is discharged by gunpowder
SECTION 3. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives will oversee the enforcement
of this bill along with local law enforcement offices.
A. One hundred thousand dollars shall be appropriated in the next mandatory
spending package passed by this legislative body for any potential funding
requirements and used as funding for the enforcement of this legislation.
SECTION 4. This legislation will come into effect immediately after passing.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

8 - A Bill to Establish a Nuclear Waste Management OrganizationBE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. An organization, the Nuclear Waste Management Organization, will be established to
oversee the disposal of nuclear waste.
SECTION 2. The Nuclear Waste Management Organization, or NWMO, will be charged with the
creation of plans and logistical implementations for the safe and proper long-term
storage disposal of high-level nuclear waste.
A. The NWMO will pay due consideration to the communities affected by all siting,
disposal, and waste transport matters, and will ensure that proper community
outreach is undertaken in addition to achieving consensus when possible with all
affected State, Local, and Tribal governments.
B. The NWMO will strive, when possible, to utilize existing infrastructure and sites for
storage, if such sites are viable for long-term storage under the standards of the
Department of Energy.
C. The NWMO will maintain that all utilized facilities meet rigorous and modern safety
and environmental standards.
SECTION 3. The Department of Energy will oversee implementation of this legislation.
A. All necessary funding will be drawn from the Nuclear Waste Fund, which is under
the jurisdiction of the Department of Energy.
SECTION 4. This legislation will come into effect six months after passage.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

9 - A Bill to Place a Tax on Plastic BagsBE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. Single-use and reusable plastic bags will now include an additional sales tax of 10 cents
per bag at the point of purchase. 50% of revenue from the tax will fund the Trash Free
Water program run by the EPA.
SECTION 2. Single-use plastic bag: a bag provided at the check stand, cash register, point of sale, or
another point of departure for the purpose of transporting food or merchandise out of
the establishment.
Reusable plastic bag: A durable plastic bag with handles that are at least 2.25 milliliters
thick and are specifically designed and manufactured for multiple reuse.
SECTION 3. The implementation of this bill will be overseen by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service
under the purview of the Department of the Treasury.
SECTION 4. This bill will come into effect at the beginning of the new fiscal year.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

10 - A Bill to Regulate Voting PrecinctsBE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. A non-partisan commission, the Federal District Management Commission, will be
established under the Department of Justice to oversee election districts.
SECTION 2. The Federal District Management Commission, or FDMC, will be charged with drawing
congressional districts in a non-partisan manner, with no consideration given to the
demographics of the area concerned. Districts will be drawn according to geographic
organization of the region. The FDMC will be under the control of and organized by the
Department of Justice. The FDMC will reconsider all districts on three-year intervals to
ensure integrity of elections.
SECTION 3. The Department of Justice will oversee implementation of this legislation.
A. Any necessary funding will be drawn from the budget of the Department of Justice.
SECTION 4. This legislation will go into effect three months after passage.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

11 - A Bill to Mandate Price Transparency for Healthcare to Empower Patients and Increase Provider Competition
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. All healthcare providers must disclose to all their patients and/or any parent,
guardian, or immediate, present family member over the age of 18 the cost of
their services before any treatments are provided, exempting life or death
situations, and be able to provide written and signed proof of disclosure
SECTION 2. Healthcare providers shall be defined under current federal regulations. Services
shall be defined as any medical or remedial care or service that is recognized
under state or federal law. Treatment shall be defined as the management and
care of a patient to combat disease, injury, or disorder. Life and death situation
shall be defined as an emergency where one may die or suffer great
harm/permanent damage if healthcare professionals do not act immediately.
SECTION 3. The U. S. Department of Health and Human Services will oversee the
implementation of this bill
A. Any healthcare provider found in violation of this bill will be given a warning
for their first violation, then will be fined $5,000 for any further violations.
B. For patients who are under the age of 18, costs must be disclosed to at least
one parent or guardian.
SECTION 4. This bill will be implemented within six months of its passage.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

12 - A Bill to Ban all Confederate Flags and Memorabilia from Federal Land
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. All confederate flags and memorabilia are here now ban from all federal land and
agency buildings.
SECTION 2. Memorabilia is anything that represents or is tied to the Confederate States of America.
SECTION 3. The Department of Homeland Security will oversee the implementation of this bill, along
with the specific enforcement mechanism.
A. Upon passage all federal workers have 2 months to remove illicit items from federal
land.
B. Any federal worker found in with illicit items on federal land will be forced to
remove item from federal land and take racial education course.
C. The racial education course must be a minimum of 5 hours. Museums are exceptions
to this law.
D. Museum status will be evaluated on a case by case basis and by a federal judge.
SECTION 4. This bill will be implemented as soon as it is passed

13 - A Bill to Annex the United Mexican StatesBE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. The United States shall declare war on the United Mexican States and annex its
territory.
SECTION 2. Annex shall be defined as to incorporate (territory) into the domain of a country.
SECTION 3. The Department of Defense will oversee the enforcement of the bill along with the
specific enforcement mechanism.
A. The Department of Defense budget shall be increased by 20 billion for as long as the
war lasts.
B. A blockade shall be formed around the United Mexican States to stop trade with
other nations.
C. All Mexican nationals will be given citizenship afterwards and land rights shall be
respected.
D. All current Mexican states’ boundaries shall stay as they stand.
E. Further legislation for the integration of the Mexican states into the Union shall be
implemented as soon as the war is over.
SECTION 4. This bill will go into effect immediately and will continue to be in effect until the
objective is accomplished.

14 - A Bill to Increase Immigration Courts to Increase ProductivityBE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:SECTION 1. There are 65 immigration courts with a total of 242 judges. Each judge has to review on
average 700 cases a year in order to earn a satisfactory grade. Judges soon lose sight of
the case and only focus on their quota. The point of this bill is to increase the amount of
courts and judges in order for all cases and trials to be fair available.
SECTION 2. Immigration, as defined by the Merriam Webster dictionary, shall be travel into a
country for the purpose of permanent residence there. Courts shall be, as defined by
the Cambridge dictionary, the place where trials and other legal cases happen.
SECTION 3. The U.S Citizen Immigration Services shall ensure that this bill is being implemented. If
any states fail to implement this, a fine and lawsuit shall be forced upon the state.
A. First time violation shall have a fine of 250,000 dollars. For every time this bill is
violated or failed to follow the fine payment shall increase by 100,000 dollars.
B. Funding will be supplied as needed. This shall be approved according to each states
legislature.
C. For every 5,000 new immigrants, a new court shall be built.
SECTION 4. This bill shall be implemented the 1st of January, 2026.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

15 - A Bill to Criminalize Abortion after the Heart-Beat
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. Abortion is legal ranging from the moment of conception to the moment before the
baby is born. This bill proposes that Abortion be criminalized after the baby’s heartbeat
is detected.
SECTION 2. The heart beat being recognized as the universal sign of life we recognize it as the
beginning of a human life and the point where basic human rights apply.
SECTION 3. The U.S Departments of Justice & the U.S Department of Health and Human Service
shall make sure this bill is being implemented. If any states and/or clinics fail to
implement this, a fine and lawsuit shall be forced upon the state and/or clinic.
A. If any doctor, physician, or otherwise professional medical personel performs an
abortion they will be charged with first degree murder as established by U.S. Code
section 1111.
B. The only exceptions to Section A shall be:
a. The mother’s life is threatened and the abortion could save her life.
b. The mother is pregnant from rape and/or incest
SECTION 4. This bill shall be enacted the beginning of January 1st 2021.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

16 - A Bill to Make Being a Faithless Elector a Federal CrimeBE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. The punishment for being a faithless elector ranges from nothing to a large fine, their
removal, and the nullification of their vote. This bill would create a national punishment
for all faithless electors.
SECTION 2. A faithless elector is defined as a member of the electoral college who does not vote for
the candidate for whom they had pledged to vote.
SECTION 3. The U.S Department of Justice will oversee the implementation of this bill. If any elector
fails to vote as pledged they will receive a fine of $10,000, and 5 years of Jail Time. The
vote they cast will be nullified, they will be removed from the electoral college, and a
new elector will be appointed by the state legislature.
SECTION 4. This bill shall be enacted on September 1st of 2020.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
